Will this accommodate a 2" butt cap? Removable Pin (I do not have a notch for Pin).

Answer: The hole is 1.5 inches and fits like a glove. You do not need a removable pin because the cup rotates in all directions.

Answer: The inner diameter is about 1 1/2 inches and the outer diameter is about 1 5/8 inches.

Answer: The belt is made of Velcro. No buckles/clips of any kind.

Answer: I have several different types of rods and as long as the "butt" end or handle fits into the belt holder, I have had no problems.

Will this adjust to a small waist; small ladies or even kids?

Answer: Michelle, the belt may not fit someone with a small waist. Even though the belt is Velcro, it is only a section of the belt. If I had to guess, it may fit someone with a 30 inch waist.

Answer: Yes it will tighten up to a smaller waist; however, it is made to hold a heavy duty pole which may be challenging for small children.

Answer: My son was 12 when he started using it and it did work for him because it is Velcro. He is very thin. You can also just sew on some more Velcro.

Answer: This has Velcro belts that were to long for my 10 year old to use. A simple remedy was to cut the belts off and shortened them, then sew them back on, where they attach to the loops in the plastic.

Hard to use

AKF : Perfect with some additional clips.

I bought this for my 4yo son when he catches the big ones in the surf. Out of the box it's useless with the Velcro but I figured on this and bought some plastic clips for the straps. So now it's fully adjustable from him to me. Great deal.
