Answer: I would recommend 130 degrees since you don’t have a dehydrator setting . I would go for 5-6 hours . The slices should be the same size. They should be leathery not brittle . Remove the slices and let them finish drying completely . Look up what you want to dehydrate and you will have to go lower without the dehydrator setting. Hope this helps.
Answer: I’ve used it in conjunction with the air fryer function on my InstaPot with great success. As long as the food you’re cooking isn’t too thick I think it would work just fine.

Answer: I dont see why not. You can layer food with it. You will have to figure how to make it uniform since it wont link together for thicker foods. I did a por chop and veggies a couple days ago

Seems sturdy. Not exactly what I was looking for but it will do just fine. If I was using it for dehydration I would want more space between layers. I am just using it to raise the height of meats in the air fryer.

Really nice construction of quality, heavy stainless steel. I like how the layers nest together with three different height options. Also, I like that I don't have to use all five at the same time - it's like getting a whole collection of trivets! I was able to fit 4 average sized Yukon gold potatoes (1 lb total) mandolined to just under 1/8" inch slices on the five racks as seen in the pictures attached. Fits perfectly in the pot!

Made some beef jerky shortly after it arrived. Fits great in the ninja foodi and can get a lot on the racks at one time. Tried some fruits. But they stuck to the racks. Probably need to use parchment paper, but also I think I cut my fruits too thin. Other than that. Love them

This dehydrator stand is great so far! It was extremely easy to put together and it also comes apart for more compact storage, which is nice. The stand interlocks together with the little feet on each tier, which you can see in one of the pictures. It's also easy to transport whatever you're dehydrating because of the handles on the base of the stand. Though one of my complaints (which isn't even a big deal) is that it would be great if the handles stood up on their own/ were a bit more stiff. When you let go of them, the handles fall down to the sides. It doesn't affect use at all, but would just be handy. Between all of the 5 tiers, the stand was able to fit one 16 oz container worth of strawberry slices. It also fits very nicely in the Ninja Foodi (we have the 8 qt deluxe version). I also like the little silicone mitts that come with to pull the rack out when your food is done. It would be awesome if the feet on the base of the rack had little silicone feet to prevent scratching the pot of the foodi.
Overall though, even with the 2 concerns I had, I would buy this again in a heartbeat! For the price, it's a great product.

I have the Ninja 6.5 quart and this fit perfect. I the dehydrate racks are the perfect height to fit halves of apricots and fit a ton of them! They apricots came right off the rack and the racks are so sturdy! The mits have a gripping texture so it really holds onto the rack without the fear of it falling apart. Putting it together is as easy as it could be. 100% recommend and will be using it daily! I’m going to do bacon, more fruit potato wedges and more.

I have a 6 qt pot that measures 8 inches across (diameter). The product is actually 8.25 inches when the vertical legs are included. The specification in the ad is 7.8 inches. The product is of good quality but does not fit my Emeril Lagasse 6 qt. pot

I used the pot holders which were included and they immediately melted on a baking dish I had. Apparently they are only good for temperatures you might experience in the low heat dehydration process so beware and don't get injured.

I love this stack of racks. They stack well and you can use them individually. I made some great beef jerky using these, and clean-up was pretty easy if you have a brush. I've also used them for the Sous Vide mode on my instant pot to hold the steaks under water and keep them off the bottom. They're great for cooling and frying thinner foods. I'm going to try dehydrating fruit next.

These stackable dehydrator trays fit perfectly into my Ninja Foodi! They are easy to stack and lift out of the pot. I also love the blue “mits” that came with this. I use them almost everyday for picking up hot items in my kitchen. As you can see in the pics, I used the trays to make some broccoli chips, and they turned out great. Without trays, the dehydrator function would have almost been useless because I wouldn’t have been able to make enough food at once (and dehydration takes a while). Thanks for a great product!

This rack is easy to clean and fits perfectly in my Instant Pot Duo Crisp. I used it to make beef jerky. I sprayed the racks with cooking spray to prevent the beef from sticking. I didn’t have anything stuck after cooking. The rack Is dishwasher safe.

This is a great rack. I used this rack inside of my ninja foodi pressure cooker. (It’ll fit in all sized cookers I believe, mine is 8 quart)
I chose this over the ninja one. This rack has the cool benefit of allowing you to position each rack exactly how you want.
I used this already to dehydrate marshmallows, jerky, and fruits.
It is very hard to clean each rack though, as would be with all racks like this.
