OPEN APPLIANCE LIDOpen appliance lid and place the food into a custom sized bag, Leave at lease 2.5 inches for Vac-Sealing. And put into the vacuum chamber. | MAKE SURE THE LID IS CLOSEDDown the lid and press firmly with both hands until hear two lock-up sounds. (NOTE: Keep pressing the lid by hand is a wrong demonstration. The machine can work perfectly only when the locks on both sides are fastened.) | CHOOSE THE VACUUM MODESWhen vacuuming, the light on the ( "Dry" or "Moist" ) button will light up. Is there anything to pay attention to when using the vacuum sealer?? I haven't used this appliance before
Answer: Before starting, remember to press both sides to ensure that the machine is locked. When storing the machine, you only need to gently cover the upper lid, which can extend the service life of the sponge around vacuum chamber.

Does the moist feature simply mean lower vacuum power?
Answer: I tried vac/sealing two chicken breasts tonight. The first I did on Normal/dry. It pulled a good vac. The second I tried on normal/moist.It pull as tight a vac as the dry,but the sealing time will more longer maybe.What affects is that the sealing time will not affect the effect of vacuuming.
Answer: I am not sure. I do know that the dry button stays on longer then the moist button. I use the moist button on dry things because it's quicker and still vacuums verywell

Answer: If you're talking about the canister hose and cutter - it should come with it! These accessories are placed inside the machine. You can't see it unless you lift the lid. I have to say this is a smart & space-saving storage method.

Answer: As shown in the video, the cutter and vacuum hose are built into the machine, which is very convenient for storage and storage, and not easy to lose. You can see it whenever and wherever you want to use, take out the machine and open the lid.

This product does not seal completely. And, you can seal your package again, and again, and again and it doesn’t work. Hold your seals up to the light and you’ll see the breaches. Very inferior product.

Liked the pulse button. This allowed us vacuum seal things that would normally have been squished without this feature. Like that it has Wet/Dry buttons, though we have not yet had to try the Wet button (for sealing juicy things).
The seperate Seal button "shoul" be a good thing, but we accidentally pushed this once instead of the Dry seal button and found tht the Cancel button didn't stop it from sealing. Had to cut the bag open and start again.
This unit was about $15 more than our last one, but does have more features. Not sure we'll use it, but it does offer the ability to seal jars if you but the special resealable jar lids. We do canning so we always have Mason jars on hand.
One feature this didn't have that our other one did is a removable trough that would catch any liquids sucked out of the bag while sealing. Made clean-up a little easier, but not a huge deal to wipe down if it does get dirty.
Like that this unit is a little more compact than our last one, so it takes up less storage space. We just buy and use the commercial 11" wide by 50' long roll of bags, and they work fine on this machine as well.
We used the unit about a half dozen times so far. Time will tell how well it holds up. Other than the removable trough, I can't think of any other features we'd need/want in a vaccum sealer.

I purchased two of these one for me and one for my father. While it is a good vacuum sealer, the description and the box are false advertising. Both the description on Amazon and the box that the item comes in says that it comes with a tube to seal bowls and a bag cutter. Both that I ordered do not have these items. I would have bought another brand if I had known that I wasn’t going to receive these items. Save your money and buy another brand!

I like the size of the item and it didn’t take a lot of space. What I didn’t like was that it didn’t work right from the box. I took it out of the box and had it all set and it didn’t vacuum the package at all. It try it and act like it was going to vacuum the package. I try it 2 and 3 times. So I was not happy.
