OPEN APPLIANCE LIDOpen appliance lid and place the food into a custom sized bag, Leave at lease 2.5 inches for Vac-Sealing. And put into the vacuum chamber. | MAKE SURE THE LID IS CLOSEDDown the lid and press firmly with both hands until hear two lock-up sounds. (NOTE: Keep pressing the lid by hand is a wrong demonstration. The machine can work perfectly only when the locks on both sides are fastened.) | CHOOSE THE VACUUM MODESWhen vacuuming, the light on the ( "Dry" or "Moist" ) button will light up. Is there anything to pay attention to when using the vacuum sealer?? I haven't used this appliance before
Answer: Before starting, remember to press both sides to ensure that the machine is locked. When storing the machine, you only need to gently cover the upper lid, which can extend the service life of the sponge around vacuum chamber.

Does the moist feature simply mean lower vacuum power?
Answer: I tried vac/sealing two chicken breasts tonight. The first I did on Normal/dry. It pulled a good vac. The second I tried on normal/moist.It pull as tight a vac as the dry,but the sealing time will more longer maybe.What affects is that the sealing time will not affect the effect of vacuuming.
Answer: I am not sure. I do know that the dry button stays on longer then the moist button. I use the moist button on dry things because it's quicker and still vacuums verywell

Answer: If you're talking about the canister hose and cutter - it should come with it! These accessories are placed inside the machine. You can't see it unless you lift the lid. I have to say this is a smart & space-saving storage method.

Answer: As shown in the video, the cutter and vacuum hose are built into the machine, which is very convenient for storage and storage, and not easy to lose. You can see it whenever and wherever you want to use, take out the machine and open the lid.

I've never owned a vacuum sealer before, but I am more than satisfied with this Amazon product. I've been making beef jerky and other meat products for a few years, but I always used to put it in some sort of zip lock plastic bag, and after a few weeks, I always noticed freezer burn. Now, I seal everything I make in a vacuum bag. I even sent a bag my cured beef to a friend in Oregon without refrigeration and the product arrived at his house 4 days later,, and he said the beef was great. I think this is my first Amazon review, but I've never been impressed this much by a product.

First of all I’m amazed on how fresh and tasty my food is after using this vacuum machine with Amasoo. We eat a lot of steak in my household and try out a lot of marinades and with this product it makes it easy to prep with little to non cleanup time. I became a fan over night as soon as I took a bite into my steaks. You have nothing to lose but flavor if you don’t already have one.

It's very difficult to get a seal. Yea the sides click, I still have to try multiple times. Now I'm resorting to a suggestion in the book to partially freeze before sealing the bag. Not impressed, it's pissing me off thinking I wasted my money.
