What kinds of bags can be used with this sealer?

Answer: I prefer food saver brand but any vacuum seal bag will work usually pay for quality and thickness I use cheap bags for short term things and non food objects hope this helps

Can you use the rolls of sealer bags with this?

Answer: Yes they are the most cost efficient. Hope this helps

I like to pre season meats can i just take out freezer n place in hot water

Answer: Yes I vacuum seal soup and boil frozen in bag when ready to eat . ( works best to freeze soup first so juice doesn’t effect seal on bag I also double seal bags ) hope this helps .

Not worth the money not because it’s cheap it doesn’t mean it work. I threw the box before I tested. Now, I can’t return it.

I have to say I really like this Mooongem vacuum sealer. Has done very well it was a huge investment into our food storage, set timer for starting to get hard we decided to start prepping food for storage in case of an emergency. I'm very happy with this vacuum sealer. I would recommend it to anyone looking to prep and prepare or store Foods for long time or emergency situation.

It seemed like it was vacuuming well, but then when it automatically sealed and was done, the air begin returning slowly. Within a few minutes the bags, that were included in the package, were filled with air. I tried a different brand of bags, but the same thing happened. I even tried double ceiling both brands of vacuum bags, and that didn’t help either.

This is a great, light weight, machine that works like a charm to preserve both wet and dry food. Quick, easy to use and small enough to hide away when not in use without taking up a lot of space. I can't imagine that one of the higher priced units would work any better. Highly recommend !

I am pleasantly surprised with this machine! I was looking for an inexpensive sealer, just to extend the shelf life of some dry goods for a few extra years (NOT looking for long term/ 20 year storage). I've used this a dozen times since receiving it last week...and it works great for the price!

Sometimes the seal LOOKS like it my not be a solid seal across, so I just run it twice. It seems to happen more when using the "seal" button alone to make bags from a roll. This might be the cheap bags I bought, and not the machine.

I find it pretty quiet- I haven't used an "expensive" sealer in years, so I can't really compare, but the noise does not bother me at all. The lid could use a better hinge to help it stay open, since it's pretty lightweight the bottom would come off the counter if you opened it too fast, but once you get the knack it was fine.

I am very happy with this machine! I do not know how long it will hold out, but it has already paid for itself.
