I purchased two packages and only two of the lures kind of glow. we used a regular flashlight and a super bright uv light to charge them. any advice?

These work, we caught trout on them ice fishing. Seem like a good lure, but don't buy them for the glow feature. Read the description carefully, I was thinking all the lures would glow and only one in the package does.
