What is the opening size of the holes?

Answer: They are very small.It still allows the dehydrator to to dehydrate like it is suppose to. This is an excellent product.

Answer: No they do not.

Answer: I think they are specifically designed for dehydrating. I have a different style silicone mat for my cookie sheets.

I like the ease of cutting them to fit my dehydrator, what I didn’t like was when I tried to make fruit roll ups, the liquid went through them.

These work very well. I had to cut it down to the size I needed but that was OK. The food did not stick to it and clean up was very easy. I have only used it a couple of time but so far it has been great. It doesn't keep the food from being dehydrated evenly. I would recommend this product.

These do a fantastic job in my Magic Mill dehydrator. They are fairly non-stick, and the holes are the perfect size to keep small things in place without restricting airflow. I haven't had any staining yet, but I think certain oily foods would stain them.

The only issue I have with them is that when cutting, you would think you could just follow the lines and get nice cuts. However, the grid for my sheets was not actually square, so it was very hard to cut them to shape.

These sheets work really well- things don't stick to them very much and it's handy being able to roll them up to empty the contents into a jar (unlike the stiff sheet that came with the dryer).
BUT they come with a card with a number to text to get a second "free" package- supposedly you buy a second package and send them both Amazon order numbers, and are then reimbursed for the second one with an Amazon gift card. I've done that- no response and no reply to my inquiries. Just a clever way to get more of your money.

These are a bit large for my trays but easily cut. I cut 1, to ensure fit, then cut the remainder all at once. I grow a lot of herbs with my vegetables and have far too many for fresh herbs. These sheets are perfect for drying without any mess and they catch all the small pieces. The minor size inconvenience takes a matter of 2 minutes to size, then perfect.
