What is the opening size of the holes?

Answer: They are very small.It still allows the dehydrator to to dehydrate like it is suppose to. This is an excellent product.

Do they contain Teflon

Answer: No they do not.

Is dishwasher safe?

Answer: no need to be hand washed

Are these good to use in the oven for baking cookies or whatever

Answer: I think they are specifically designed for dehydrating. I have a different style silicone mat for my cookie sheets.

Answer: No smell and works great. Makes clean-up super easy. Would highly recommend.

Answer: No they do not have a smell at all. Of course when they are new its best to wash them in some warm, soapy water then rinse and dry. They work really well and clean easily.

These do a fantastic job in my Magic Mill dehydrator. They are fairly non-stick, and the holes are the perfect size to keep small things in place without restricting airflow. I haven't had any staining yet, but I think certain oily foods would stain them.

The only issue I have with them is that when cutting, you would think you could just follow the lines and get nice cuts. However, the grid for my sheets was not actually square, so it was very hard to cut them to shape.

Used it once already, very easy to cut to the size of my trays. Very easy to clean, used a soapy water bath and came completely clean, no scrubbing needed.

I wasn't at all happy with these. They are like rubbery paper. They aren't sturdy enough to pick them up like you can other mesh screens and expect to dump the food from the mesh. You have to also pick up the tray underneath, which defeats the purpose of the flexibility of mesh screens. I would have returned them, but I cut them up, which was also difficult/cumbersome to do.
