Four Steps to Achieve Vacuum Seal


Open the lid of the vacuum sealer, place the item(s) to be sealed into the vacuum sealer bag. And place the open end of the bag down into the vacuum chamber.	Close lid by pressing down on both ends of the lid until two ’click’ sound heard.	Choose one mode to save your food. The unit will continually vacuum till the air has been removed and then automatically seal.	Once the indicator light has turned off, press the release buttons on both sides of the Vacuum sealer machine to unlock the lid.

Worked well for freezing chicken and london broil. Be sure to follow instructions and place napkin across top of meat to prevent sealer from vacuuming out all of the moisture. Also, I tried freezing some meat in bags prior to sealing, as recommended, which worked well.

At first I thought it would be a complicated product since there are so many parts to it. Turn out each parts are for different functions and are very easy to install. The product comes with vacuum bag already and is easy to operate. Plug the power in and push the button gives you access to a perfectly sealed bag. There is even a built in cutter to separate the bags. Apart from creating a vacuum bag it also can vacuum food container boxes which is very helpful.
