Hi, Please could you email me a letter of guarantee saying that these bags are safe to use in water up to 210F?
Answer: We found these bags to be inferior on all aspects. I personally won't use them for food. They leak air even when sealed. The high reviews are very misleading. We vacuum sealed about 15 bags of food, only to find all 15 bags were no longer airtight after 3 weeks. We checked the seal and it was intact. Our sealer is xtra-wide bar (~3/8"). I highly doubt they would work in 210F water.
Answer: I use them at 203 F for 90 minutes all the time and they work fine...if that helps.

I've used about 6 or 8 rolls of this bagging material so far, and I'm very happy with it's performance. It will puncture and deflate if you try to use it with jagged materials (like rice). For that you will want to leave it in the plastic bag it comes with and vacuum bag it in its bag. That's the only down side to these bags, but I expect that would be the case with any of these vacuum bags, do I didn't take off from it's score.

I have used them as "Boiling bags" to reheat food with no issue. The price inclines me to use these much more often than I did the pricier the Ziploc.
These are about the same thickness and design as "Food Saver" bags that I have also previously used but much less expensive.

I did like the size of the bags but I was bummed it didn’t have the little tear off section. I use these for baked good orders, and it’s a bummer when a customer can’t just tear off the top and eat whenever instead of having to find scissors to cut off the top. They are nice bags!
