How are the bags reusable if the sealer doesn't attach?
Answer: If the zipper opening of the bag does not work. Please contact our after-sales staff. They will replace you with new products for free
Answer: The bags have a one-way vent (looks like a little circle with a nipple) that the sealer goes over to vacuum out the air. You can actually hear the sealer "click" into place on the vent when it gets going. The vacuum releases when you unzip the bag. All you have to do is plop the sealer back onto the vent to suck the air out again.

Is the green light around the rim of the charger supposed to stay on when not in use?
Answer: No - make sure you push the top button down again if you see a light around the rim, otherwise you will run the batteries down.

Can you vacuum bags that have food + liquid marinades together?
Answer: Yes you can, but be aware that the vacuum is not designed to vacuum liquids. You would need to push the liquid as far away from the air in the bag and vacuum out the air. A little liquid doesn't hurt the vacuum but you need to be careful not to get very much.

I like these just fine. Once you wash them they get a little stiff but it isn't awful. They can be hard to seal, they give you a clip to help but it can still be a bit tough. Other than that they work great so far. I wouldn't suggest using these for broccoli or cabbage. That was a silly mistake on my part. They produce too much gas & it builds up, causing the bag to expand. When you open it, it is a terrible sulfuric odor that will not dissipate quickly, at all! I wasn't thinking & totally knew better, lesson learned.

Ok first then I want to say is I didn’t get the item for free or a discount. I review things I buy to help you from buying something that doesn’t work. When I opened up the device I had my doubts because it was really small. I was wrong and that’s hard for me to say. lol. So I took pictures of a very large muffin before and after I used the vacuum. It took me a few times to figure out where it needed to be on the bag. I only used the muffin to see how powerful it was and yes I’m few impressed. Also I want to see how long it stayed sealed. So after 3 days it’s still sealed like it was. Hope this helps

For the price, what more could you ask for? I have been using it for a few months now and it works perfectly. The only complaint I would make to the manufacturer is that the fit between the plastic and the contact capsule with the bags should be more precise, I wish it didn't come loose so easily. This is not an impediment for the vacuum not to work, it is due to the handling of loose parts. It works without suction problems. It is not a product for heavy traffic but it is very useful for perishable products on a daily basis.

I had Good Luck with, dry beans that were bought in bulk. White rice also brought in bulk. Both have remained airtight over the past few weeks. My favorite is, nice soft brown sugar.
As for fresh fruit and vegetables, not so good. They give off a gas and the bags do not remain air tight. Leafy greens are ruined right away. The moisture gets squished right out of them.
Oddly enough, my iceberg lettuce did last 2 weeks, didn't even turn brown on the edges. But I was careful, didn't squish it to tight.
Make sure that what you are vacuum sealing is dry.
YouTube has some things that I haven't tried yet. My avocados turned brown in the fridge after vacuum sealing. I haven't tried freezing them like the YouTube video. Anyway good luck.

Its amazing how fast this little thing can suction and the bag design is standard so I can buy the suction bags on amazon or bed bath beyond. My only complaint is that I have to put the vacuum directly on the circle or else it won't work. Its not something I can do while looking away but I can do it with one hand while holding my baby and that I love :)
