Answer: I think I paid a little over a hundred dollars for mine and I don't know why it costs so much. It is poorly put together in my opinion for that amount. The bolts are spot welded on and one of them twisted off when I put mine together. Not to mention the bolt holes are cut too big for the nuts. I had to use some washers I had at the house to assemble it so the nuts wouldn't go through the holes, since the assembly kit doesn't have washers in them. Or mine didn't anyways. Hope this helps you.

Answer: I believe they are the same housing on both smokers. One just has digital controls. Make sure you set the smoker in the correct direction so the grease trap drawer can come out the side. That is what the cut out notch is on the one side.

I'm not sure how i feel about this stand. On one hand, because it's designed specifically for the char-broil smoker it fits it perfectly. On the other hand i kind of feel the build quality isn't as good as it could be. Plus as many others have described the assembly is unnecessarily harder than it could have been. At least i was prepared, so i read all the reviews, and when i was assembling this, i made sure to put all the nuts on by hand, and leave them somewhat loose.. and only after everything was assembled did i go back and tighten everything up.
The things that are making me drop it some stars are this:
1. The shelf at the bottom is rather flimsy. I live in a high wind area, and i wanted to stack a couple cement bricks on it, but seems like it might not be able to handle that. Right now i put a concrete block in there, and it's barley holding it. I can see buckling occuring.
2. Also because of the way the metal is touching the ground, instead of feet of some kind.. i'm a little worried that over time there will be rust. I'll have to come back and update this review after a year and let everyone know.
3. Biggest problem i have with this, is the price. I paid 59.99 prime on 06/21/2017. If you can get it for 30 bucks or so, it'll totally be worth it.. but for 60 dollars, i have to admit, that maybe i could have purchased some other table that would have been just as good. I didn't know at the time, but there are screws on the bottom of the char-broil that you can connect to this. If you build your own table out of wood, and just pre-drill those holes, then you can have your own table, with the char-broil attached similarly as this table. Anyway, i bought it, so it's done.. and it works.. but part of me wonders if i made a mistake in not waitin for a sale or looking at some other piece of furniture that does the same thing.

Great addition for the smoker. I actually put mine together wrong so the drip tray slot is on the opposite side of where the actual drip tray is on the smoker. All my mistake but there were so many bolts that would have to be taken off to fix it I just left it like that. Don’t get anything hardly in the drip tray anyway.

This stand works awesome with my Char Broil Grill and it raises the grill off the patio so you don’t break your back by it being so low to the ground. Would highly recommend you purchasing this stand when buying the grill. You won’t regret it and will love the added height of the grill

It fits perfect as it should. But the quality is kind of lacking. I had two of the bolts twist off while tightening them down and I didn't put any torque behind it (the bolts are tack welded to the plates and all you have to put on are the washers and nuts). Hopefully it'll hold up. For the price, I figured the parts would have been better quality and assembled. Also, I was luck to have a washer kit at home. The washers have a bolt hole that is almost as big as the nuts so they are no use.

Its an amazing investment bought my smoker in late Nov. 2016. smoked turkey for Thanksgiving, and killed my back bending over. spring came along and I found this I bought it in a heartbeat, easy to assemble, very sturdy, and now been through rain snow and hot temps, its still in very good shape and no rust yet.

While the assembly was easy if you have all the parts, I expect a product to be provided with all the parts. the manufactures original packag9ng was loosely taped which makes it easy for hardware to drop out.

My wife and I are both tall. We love our smoker but it was pretty low for us even though one admittedly isn't in it that often when smoking meat. That's what originally made me hesitant to buy it - you only really have to stoop down a couple of times when cooking, we don't use the smoker that often, and the stand is not exactly inexpensive. Well, I pulled the trigger and although it was a PITA to assemble - awkward is the best way to describe that - I'm glad we got it. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and I guess if you want to raise your smoker and want an integrated solution and not something homemade, this is the way to go.

Well made, easy to assemble and smoker fit perfectly. Much better than having the smoker sit on the ground and having to bend over so far. I did not screw my smoker to it. The back wheels fit perfectly into the notches so smoker is stable and safe to operate. Would recommend this stand to anyone looking to make smoking a little bit easier.

I was not overly impressed with the welded bolts used for fasteners. It's very convenient not to have to assemble nuts, washers and bolts through holes in two pieces of metal, but when the welded bolts twist out (weld breaks) it becomes a nuisance. I had two "studs" twist out when tightening the nuts (with very little torque). I had to drill out those holes and find two bolts to complete the assembly. If you're going to weld studs at least do it correctly. Otherwise the stand is fine and does the job.

It took 2 of us almost 2 hours to assemble this stand. And be sure you realize that it is very difficult to move because it has no wheels.

Love how it raises the level of my smoker so it is easier to clean. Only problem is that the wheels are permanetly locked into the stand so the smoker no longer rolls. However, I have a rolling stand with 4 wheels which the smoker, stand, and allsit on top of. My son bolted the stand with 4 wheels on to this stand. this makes for a very sturdy smoker and stand which rolls easily and is the perfect height to be able to stand up and clean the inside easily.
