Answer: I would not recommend this product, it does not work well and does not remove all the air from the sealer bags, the directions offer no way to adjust the amount of vacuum it pulls, if you need a good boat anchor this would be it, very, very disappointed in this product.

Answer: ehh.. ok? initially i had problems with the vacuum pump. i contacted support they were prompt enough and helped me diagnose that i had overfilled the pump oil reservoir. I cant speak for their warranty, but Ive owned it for roughly a year and use it daily in my home without issue

David : Poor Assembly
I have worked on the name brand models and have a very good understanding of how chamber vacs should work. When this product arrived it did not work correctly from the start. It would pull a full vacuum but would allow air into the chamber causing there to be air in the sealed bag. Every threaded hose barb fitting was loose, lacked proper thread compound and the hoses were not secured with hose clamps. After replacing all of the cheap, plastic threaded hose barbs with brass barbs, proper compound it began to work better. Very shortly after that, it was getting air into the chamber again somehow. The only thing left to check was the solenoid block. Again every part of the block was loose, after cleaning, lubing the O-rings, and tightening it up properly it all seems to work properly.
Do not buy unless you are mechanically inclined and are prepared to put in some work.
P.S. Due to liquids boiling at much lower temps under vacuum, I added an Oil/Water Air separator. I used one for an Air compressor, just inverted the relief valve. If water or other liquids get into the pump, it will cause corrosion and you will have to replace the pump. If you get liquids into the solenoid block you may start to get air into the chamber when sealing.
Do not buy unless you are mechanically inclined and are prepared to put in some work.
P.S. Due to liquids boiling at much lower temps under vacuum, I added an Oil/Water Air separator. I used one for an Air compressor, just inverted the relief valve. The instructions are worthless, but entertaining - straight from Google translator I'm sure. You have to add oil to the vacuum pump. You remove the screw in the back and then lift the cover up. The rest was pretty easy to figure out.
