Pk Shiu : Nice thickness, works well in our Sous Vide machine

We use these bags for cooking with our sous vide machine. They seal better than using a ziplock bag. Since these come in a roll, I need to pre-seal one end first. Put the food in, and seal the other end. It takes a bit more time but the end result is worth it. It is certainly cheaper.

I find these bags nice and thick, as I have to fold the top back to put food inside. They ever break on me. Food stay sealed after cooking in the hot water for hours. Recommended, if you cook sous vide style a lot!
