I told my mom $50 was too much for this. She said just get it for them (3 boys obsessed with fishing). Now I see it would be worth $100. They absolutely love it. Fishing constantly in house and outside. Its an awesome game.

I love the fish and the magnets. Hours of fun for me, my kids and the neighbors. The fish printing is very realistic and seem to be great quality.

Unfortunately, the poles are cheaper than the cheapest fishing poles you can find. The reel will not bring the line back in unless you pinch the line with two fingers to put tension on the line (they are aware of this issue... The directions even tell you to do this). This makes the game very hard for kids to play.

If you plan on using your own poles, and don't mind the cost, this set will give you a lot of backyard fun. If you are counting on the included fishing poles, good luck.
