THE BEAUTY BO$$ : Love this!

Works great! I got this mainly to use with my sous vide machine but now that I’ve been playing around with it- it’s such a handy thing to have in your kitchen to make your food last longer!

I am a Professional Home and Personal Chef and I also teach cooking and knife skills. I take all of my kitchen items, tools, utensils, knives, serving items, other accessories, and food products very seriously. When I test and review culinary items, I am highly critical and meticulous in evaluating and rating them. My reviews are honest and unbiased. Good is good…bad is bad!

I have been testing and evaluating a number of under-$100 Vacuum Sealers of late, and this one is one of the better ones at around $75, it is a good value and a bargain!

What is most useful about this unit vs many others, is the two different sealing times. One for dry products that will seal a vacuum bag in a very short period, and a 'wet' setting that increases the sealing time to assure a secure seal when the area of the bag that needs to be sealed is either damp or has some liquid residue present.

Additionally, all the operations are simple and intuitive. The design is well-done and the unit is easy to use and store after use. The unit has an internal cutter mechanism to properly size rolls of vacuum seal bags and is a nice feature at this price.

All in all, I easily rate this unit at a full FIVE STARS, along with my honest recommendation. It's a great, compact vacuum sealer with great features and competes well in the price class. Well worth a good look!
