This lip grabber works well for the money. It held this 10lb catfish really well while I walked around the bank to get my stringer to put him on. Only giving four stars due to the cord coming off the end easily and the fact that the nut that holds the spring for the scale part came off easy as well. I glued it once I got it back together and will not use the cord to hang it from. I didn’t care if the scale part worked and overall for the money it works well and I look forward to keep using it.

The gripper is excellent. The only reason i am giving it 4 Stars is because it’s smallest unit is 1/4lbs and once I had adjusted the scale to display 5 lbs correctly (yes, you can adjust the scale with the top knob) it was a little “giving” at the low end of the scale and would not return to 0 on its own. Nevertheless it still displayed 1lbs and up correctly.
