Why does it only seal not vacuum? even though i pressed the vacuum seal button

Answer: If you press Vacuum seal on ghe left it will vacuum and seal. If you press Single seal, it will just seal and no vacuum.

Answer: Mine seals... make sure you are using it proper. I had to readjust my bag to get it to seal.

Answer: I had the same problem. You have to put the bag all the way in up under the orange tabs and press the lid down until you hear the click.

Do I still need to wrap in freezer paper after using this product?
