Answer: I have no idea. It’s been a great net when I’m out fly fishing. I’d recommend it to anyone.

I have only had this net for a few weeks so cannot give a comment on longevity, but appears well built.I looked at sturdier nets but they were 3 to 4 times more expensive. I like the idea of the "fish friendly" construction. The best feature is the magnetic release; I can't believe I've been using shock cords, that were all worn out, for years now. My suggestion is to remove the shock cord that comes with it and attach the magnetic release and coiled cord, keeps the net out of the way but is easily grabbed and used then quickly "snapped back into place.

As a fly fisherman, I need a net that can easily swoop up a fish, take a quick photo and easily release back into the water. The rubber neeting does just that without a tangled mess. Highly recommended.

Would definitely fit a largemouth bass, but I wouldn't know... At least not right now...

Was on a hot steak but ever since buying this net, I have not caught a fish... Fishing juju? Change in water temperature? Will have to try fishing some more and find out...

Got this for wading and it works great! Hooks don't get stuck in it as bad and the magnetic clip is super easy to use a waders must have!!!
