Hi, Please could you email me a letter of guarantee saying that these bags are safe to use in water up to 210F?
Answer: We found these bags to be inferior on all aspects. I personally won't use them for food. They leak air even when sealed. The high reviews are very misleading. We vacuum sealed about 15 bags of food, only to find all 15 bags were no longer airtight after 3 weeks. We checked the seal and it was intact. Our sealer is xtra-wide bar (~3/8"). I highly doubt they would work in 210F water.
Answer: I use them at 203 F for 90 minutes all the time and they work fine...if that helps.

These actually held up to a high temp sous vide unlike the FoodSaver brand. I typically cook pulled pork at 190 F, and I double bagged these and no leaks. I don't think two bags were necessary but did it just in case. In contrast, triple bagging the FoodSaver ones still breaks at 190 F. I am now going to only buy this brand! They are cheaper too!

I've used about 6 or 8 rolls of this bagging material so far, and I'm very happy with it's performance. It will puncture and deflate if you try to use it with jagged materials (like rice). For that you will want to leave it in the plastic bag it comes with and vacuum bag it in its bag. That's the only down side to these bags, but I expect that would be the case with any of these vacuum bags, do I didn't take off from it's score.

We used these for short term storage of vacuum sealed foods. Approx 20 % failed to hold the seal for 24 hours, even when we doubled sealed the opening . We stopped using them. Find another brand not made in CHINA.:

I did experience a couple sealing failures early on, but that was totally my fault for not ensuring the sealing element on my machine reached the right temp. However, when used correctly, they will hold a good seal. I like that only one side of the bag is embossed, leaving a clear view of what is inside. Also, I like that the bags are notched at the sides, making them easy to open on the go. The pre-cut bags are a little more expensive than rolls, but the convenience is a total time saver when packaging a significant number of product. One minor complaint is that I wish the bags had a white labeling strip/patch printed on them. Aside from that, I would absolutely purchase this product again.
