Hi, Please could you email me a letter of guarantee saying that these bags are safe to use in water up to 210F?

Answer: We found these bags to be inferior on all aspects. I personally won't use them for food. They leak air even when sealed. The high reviews are very misleading. We vacuum sealed about 15 bags of food, only to find all 15 bags were no longer airtight after 3 weeks. We checked the seal and it was intact. Our sealer is xtra-wide bar (~3/8"). I highly doubt they would work in 210F water.

Answer: I use them at 203 F for 90 minutes all the time and they work fine...if that helps.

Can these bags be used for freeze dried foods?

I bought these to try because of the price and I am very happy with them,

They work well in my Ziploc vacuum sealer despite being much thinner than Ziploc brand. The Ziploc are also textured on both sides whereas these are flat on one side, textured on the other. I have used them as "Boiling bags" to reheat food with no issue. The price inclines me to use these much more often than I did the pricier the Ziploc.

These are about the same thickness and design as "Food Saver" bags that I have also previously used but much less expensive.

I've used about 6 or 8 rolls of this bagging material so far, and I'm very happy with it's performance. It will puncture and deflate if you try to use it with jagged materials (like rice). For that you will want to leave it in the plastic bag it comes with and vacuum bag it in its bag. That's the only down side to these bags, but I expect that would be the case with any of these vacuum bags, do I didn't take off from it's score.

I have an older sealer of the brand Demi. I got replacement bags from Demi a couple of years ago and was running low again and since I couldn't find the Demi brand I bought these and they work just as well. I like they are in rolls and you cut to size. There are some items where I would need to unseal and reseal several times (oxygen absorbents for example) so I can make the bag extra long to facilitate multiple re-openings. In other cases, I can make them just large enough for the item being sealed.
