How do i convert from left handed retreive to right handed retrieve?

Answer: Remove the reel spool and on the spool is a wire keeper remove the keeper

Tarlac : Great look and feel, drag is little lacking.

Recently got into Czech nymphing and purchased this (5/6wt) to pair with a 10 ft 2 weight rod. Looks and feels beautiful. No quality issues at all with the alloy. Only complaint is the drag goes from zero to one hundred in about an1/8th of a turn.

Overall a great buy so far.

Nicole : This reel cannot hold up to large fish

When I first received the reel I was concerned on how light weight it was. I knew it was machined aluminum alloy, but compared to other reels of the same material and line weight capacity it was considerably lighter. So I lined the reel and started using it. The first problem was the drag. The drag is very tempermental and not trustworthy, especially with when fighting fish over 10 pounds the drag slips starts free spooling. Today was the end for this reel. As I was fighting 2 different fish the spool would disengage from the main body. I stopped using the reel for the remainder of the day. Now at home I see that any type of reeling of line causes the spool to disengage. I would not recommend this reel if you are intending it to work for you on big fish.

I am very happy with the way this reel feels. I do wish instructions had been included on changing it from left to right hand retrieval though.

I never give bad reviews so here goes the first one. I am not afraid of the cheeper Chinese fly fishing rods/reels. I fish 2-3 times a week stuff get banged up, it's easier to replace a $50 rod/reel than a $1000 dollars one. Most of the time I am blown away at the quality of the cheaper equipment, maxcatch, pacfun, ect. even compared to my expensive rods/reels. However this reel is not good, machining poor quality it will not seat properly in any of my rods. The drag does not work at all, screwed down flush it may have 5-10lbs my other will literally break the fly line. Also there is no drag adjustment from freespool to full drag.
