Q:
How does it handle a roll of bags? Can you cut them to size in the machine, or do you have to do it manually?
Answer: This machine is very basic. Does not hold rolls, does not have a cutter. Cut bags to length any way you want. Seal one end, fill bag, seal other end. seal and vacuum systems work very well.
Answer: This doesn’t have a built in cutter, nor a place to store a roll of bag. It's really small and has a pulse vacuum feature, so that’s why I bought it.
Answer: DON’T BUY FROM ANOVA! CHECK THE BBB! I BOUGHT THEIR AN500 AND THE SCREW FOR THE CLAMP (PLASTIC) BROKE. TREADS CANNOT BE MATCHED IN HARDWARE STORE! THEY WON’T ANSWER CALLS, NOR EMAILS!AVOID! CHECK BBB. F RATING, TONS OF COMPLAINTS!

Answer: 11 inches maximum

Answer: The width of the food saver rolls of plastic
Q:
I see this sealer is "designed" in ca. is it made in the usa or china?
Answer: I don't know. I do know it's very handy. I buy 50' long rolls of bags that are 15 inches wide. I can seal those just by turning the bag at an angle. I triple seal everything.
Q:
Getting 5 dots on the seal line when sealing without vacuum function. With the vacuum it doesn’t make these dots. Is this Normal?
Answer: i did not get this 5 dots maybe clean seal line or maybe getting hot spots on seal line
Answer: I am not sure, because i never could get vacuum sealer to work...ridiculous, hate i wasted my money on this.
Answer: I haven't had this happen, I would try to contact the company
Q:
Can you mount under the counter?
Answer: I don't think so, but if you're handy you might find a way!
Q:
How to use bag rolls?
Answer: Cut bag to desired size. Triple seal one end. When you put the food in, don't let it touch the area to be sealed. If it touches make sure you dry it well. Then triple seal that end after the food is in.
Q:
Solo sirven los rollos de bolsas marca Anova? O también funciona con otras marcas?
Answer: Funciona con cualquiera marca
Q:
Is this unit large enough for 2-3 cup (16-24 fl oz) portions of stews or soups pre-frozen before vacuum sealing?
Answer: The heating element is 12" wide but the sealing surface (where the bag goes while being sealed) is flat so you aren't limited to bag size. You can purchse pre-cut bags or rolls of uncut bags to accommodate your needs. Make sure the sealing edge is clean and dry.
Answer: Should be fine. I vacuum and seal prior to freezing for better seal.
Answer: The bags that it come with probably are, but it depends on the form factor.
Answer: I would think twice about using this equipment for soups or stews as it could ingest liquid into the pump
Answer: You cannot use liquid with this vacuum sealer.
Q:
Are we doing something wrong because we cannot get the machine to vacuum but just seal?
Answer: Make sure that there is not too much moisture in the bag or it will not properly vacuum. Also sealing edge must be clean and dry.
Q:
Where do I get the bags and what is the size and name of bags? I see other names fir bag but not the anova
Answer: You can use any brand bags with it, that is part of the beauty. I had a large store of bags from my previous machine, and I have since bought several different no-name bags, and they all work fine. I believe Anova does make bags (the machine comes with a few starters), but I've never gone looking for them.
Answer: Any brand of bags made for vaccum sealers will work. Many sizes are available, including a continuous roll that you can cut to size. The width needs to fit the width of the sealing element of your sealer. Search online for further suggestions regarding the use of vaccum seal bags.
Answer: OK, you can use any vacuum bags (Food saver, Seal A Meal, Anova, etc.), and they are available at Amazon and most major retailers (Walmart, etc.) Usually in the canning supply area.
Answer: I see the Anova bags I bought on Amazon are currently unavailable
Q:
Is it possible to use regular freezer Ziplocs with this sealer? Or do you need to use specific bags?
Answer: No, you need to use bags or rolls designed for vacuum sealers
Q:
Can this be used for liquids like soup or sauces?
Answer: Yes. There’s a short video in the description above that shows how to vacuum things with liquids.
Answer: No
Q:
Is this device ul certified as required? just asking because it's an electrical device and sold in the u.s..
Answer: UL certification is not required in the USA. It conforms to UL standards, but it does not appear to be UL certified.
Q:
Tienen la versión para Perú, que es de 220 Voltios?
Answer: No, mi version es 110 Voltios
Q:
Does it includes bags ?
Answer: It comes with some bags but not many
Q:
Are the bags recyclable?
Answer: Yes. Sous vide bags are recyclable
Answer: They are plastic so yea?
Q:
What is the suction power. Food saver vacuums 15-24 inches of mercury according to them
Answer: Claimed as 13in Hg
Answer: Not sure but this is an excellent product - highly recommend it and the company
Q:
Can i make custom baga big enough for an entire brisket flat or whole packer brisket?
Answer: I believe if you have a roll and cut it to length, yes
Answer: No
Q:
In terms of noise, how loud is this saver?
Answer: It's really quiet. I don't know how to measure it, but compared to my old Foodsaver, this one is maybe 1/10 the noise. It's totally silent when just sealing.
Answer: Very silent almost no noise at all
Answer: Not too loud, you can hear it working, but it isn't obnoxious, quieter than mot other vacuum sealers
Answer: Not loud at all in my opinion
Answer: Not bad at all.
Q:
Can bags be washed and reused?
Answer: Yes. They even go in the dishwasher, but I found that they always end up full of water (even if I clip them upside down to the top rack), so need to be air dried afterwards. Hand washing is also possible, with the difficulties of getting into corners and so on that you would expect from a bag closed on three sides. I have found that in the end I prefer disposable bags, which, of course, don't work with this particular device.
Answer: I wouldn't but I guess you could. The size of the bag will get shorter each time you use it though.
Q:
Does not heat. does not seal. Do I have a defective unit or am I missing some type of warm up function?
Answer: The bag should be inserted up to the stop. Then the upper bar needs to be pressed down until it locks. Then press the button, and it it will suck out the air, and seal it when the air has been removed. The light will change to green and you may unlock it and remove the sealed bag. If you follow those directions and it still doesn't work, then the unit is defective, but I doubt it.
Answer: It’s probably defective especially if it doesn’t seal. I had to return the first one and bought the upgraded model.
Answer: If you read and are following the instructions, you have a defective unit. There is no warmup cycle.
Q:
Mine will turn one but when i press any of the buttons it doesn’t do anything. i’ve only used it once. now it won’t work. any ideas on what it may be?
Answer: It could be your bag placement. I thought mine was broke after 2 uses but then I realized it was how I was placing the bag. Too high and it doesn’t vacuum, it just makes an odd noise. If that doesn’t work, I’d call company directly. They were really helpful about getting it sent back to them and getting me a replacement...
Q:
How long do the food last in a sealer bag
Answer: About 2 months seems safe!!!
Q:
Can you mount this vertically on the wall?
Answer: It might be physically possible to do so, but I don't think it would be easy to use that way, as the bag you are trying to seal would be hanging down (and I don't know how that would affect the vacuum function). It takes up little counter space as is, and can be easily stored in a drawer between uses if you don't want to leave it out.
Answer: You may be more creative than I am, but I would say no.
Answer: No
Q:
does it work with jars? i.e. does it have a small opening for a flexible hose?
Answer: Mine, purchased in 2020, does have a short round vertical vacuum inlet that you could slip a hose over. It appears to be cylindrical and not tapered, so you might want a zip-type cable-tie to endure a good seal.
Answer: No, it doesn’t. It just seals bags.
Q:
What is the maximum bag width usable?
Answer: I have no problem using 11 inch bags.

Answer: 110v. 220-240v will need be purchased from our International Amazon stores.
Q:
Mainly interested in this to seal normal freezer bags. Do I need to use the specific bags or will it work with various types?
Answer: Not sure what you mean by "normal freezer bags." Other brands of vacuum sealing-type can be used.
Answer: I would not recommend it. The bags are different material and will melt. We returned our machine after a week because it no long sucked. Refund was kindly give.
Answer: I have only used these the roll so I can make any size. I love this machine.
Q:
Is there any wait/cool down time between bag sealing?
Answer: No
Q:
Does this have the ability to vacuum seal mason jars with a hose attachment?
Answer: Mine is absolutely useless for any purpose. Don't buy it, poor design and non functioning item.

Answer: Claimed as 13in Hg
Answer: Not sure but this is an excellent product - highly recommend it and the company
Q:
Can you use the tvacuum air pulse without sealing the bag? I’d like to use reusable silicone bags so I don’t aleaysbwant the seal function
Answer: there are three function buttons on this machine... Vacuum & seal, seal, and pulse vacuum. I am not aware of the ability to simply vacuum without sealing as I think the vacuum pressure would release after opening the machine. I would save my money, and try to push out all of the air from a self-sealing bag.
Answer: Yes you can. The vacuum sealer has three functions, each with a separate button: one for vacuum only, one for seal only, and one for vacuum and seal. As you suggest, very handy if if
Q:
Can you use other brands of bags/roll or only Anova bags/rolls?
Answer: Yes as long as it's a vacuum bag.
Q:
will food saver brand bags work with this sealer?
Answer: Yes
Q:
Are the 10 vacuum seal bags that come with this product BPA free?
Answer: Yes.
Q:
Is there a 220-volt version available, to use in Europe?
Answer: not sure. You can use a converter
Q:
Can one cut off the top of a Ziploc Freezer bag and use that or do you need the special bags?
Answer: Sadly no, the vacuum sealing bags have 2 different sides, you'll see that one side is a different texture that assists the vacuum... Also if you use any other bag it might ruin the machine... Which I wouldn't want to risk
Q:
Can i use it to seal marinated products?
Answer: Yes. Just make sure not to exceed 30% of the bag with liquid and that everything is at least room temp.
Answer: It's not recommended, no.
Q:
Will this work with 16in vacuum sealer bags?
Q:
how safe is it to cook in plastic bag? are the plastic bags approved for cooking in high temperatures?
Answer: I'm not sure if these are approved for high temp cooking, but I would not recommend it. Even in a microwave they can melt. And melted plastic is never pleasant, and will give a funny odor/taste to food.
Answer: The bags are made for this application, and the temperatures involved, are not high. That's the whole point of the system. It does not allow over cooking.
Answer: Hi there. Well, the bags are very thick; however, I don't know of any approval for cooking at 130degrees for fish and it's perfectly fine. It would be nice to know. Who would approve this?
Answer: Zip locks are bpa free but personally I switch to vacuum sealing bags for higher Temps (like over 140F). It isn't an issue until you get to higher temps in the plastic bags.
Answer: The vacuum sealed bags are designed for the water temperature and approved for food
Q:
Where can I purchase a replacement gasket? After only a few months it isn’t sealing as it rolled over on itself
Answer: I do not have a clue. Maybe Anova online
Q:
the instructions are not clear. i place the bag &close/lock it. i can't get it to vacuum and seal. i hear & see vacuum but it isn't sealing. why?
Answer: Are you sure it's locked in? The vacuum area is that funny shaped black foam with the tiny black tube sticking up.
Q:
What power does it have? watts or Litres per second.
Answer: Watts
Q:
Can this just be used for food storage?
Answer: It can be used for anything you want to seal in a plastic bag. I use mine for food, but also for storage of silverware (to prevent tarnishing).
Answer: Yes, please put it in the fridge after you pack it.
Answer: I would think so, I use it for a lot of things
Answer: Yes sure
Answer: Yes it can.
Answer: Yes
Product reviews of Anova Culinary ANVS01-US00 Anova Precision Vacuum Sealer, Includes 10 Precut Bags, For Sous Vide and Food Storage
Big Daddy : Buy a better one
After only a few uses it stopped drawing enough suction to trigger the sealing function. The gasket had come out of the groove and had a tear in it. I contacted Anova to ask about getting a replacement. They auto-responded that they would reply within 24 hrs and it has now been 4 days and I've heard nothing. I was in the middle of a task so I needed to buy a new one locally but went with a different brand. I'm very glad I did because the new one, even though it cost almost twice as much is so much better. I wouldn't buy this again and after never hearing back from them I doubt I'll buy anything from them again.
Jason Stanfield : So easy to use, so efficient, should have bought one years ago
I finally broke down and bought one of these on a whim because I'd prepared a lot of smoked meats and wanted buy them maximum life outside the freezer. I am astounded 1) how well this works, and 2) how affordable this great unit is. I absolutely love it.
Mike K. : Worked at first, broke quickly.
After several uses, the vacuum and seal function stopped working. It'll vacuum but then never seal. This means by the time I press the seal button, some air gets back into the bag. Not impressed with this model.
Sebastian A. : Fantastic, with 2 small flaws
Overall, this this is really great at what it's supposed to do... vacuum seal. Two small flaws: (1) The plastic locking mechanisms on either side feel a little flimsy and I'm afraid will eventually snap off. (2) The electrical cord is VERY hard/firm and doesn't wrap up easily.
Alisa : Better on dry ingredients wet ones are tricky
Small and compact. A must if you are starting to sous vide. Spray at completely removing all the air. My only complaint is that if you were doing a dish with liquids sometimes it sucks the liquid up making it a wet seal. However I think this is an issue with all of the sous vide Steelers. So for now I recommend this one but if another one comes out that is better I would go with that
Got it : Pain to clean
It does its job, avoid using liquids obviously, I learned the hard way you can't suck then immediately seal. Freeze the food in the liquid if you want to use a marinade. The foam slits and everything are a pain in to clean, not really allow you to wash it, fortunately it doesn't touch the food so its whatever.
Biggest complaint is that it can automatically suck the air out then immediately seasl, while if you try to do that manually the machine pauses. If it could just immediately do it like it does automatically, it be perfect. Also somewhat annoying that it's hit or miss whether it will seal, even if the airs sucked out and there's enough of the bag to be sealed. Still would recommend for its price.
JayEff : Disappointing, doesn't do the one thing it's supposed to do
It neither vacuums nor seals. Bags are full of air and the seal is not tight enough to keep in a small bit of liquid. Disappointed with this
Josie Mora : Did not work never got hot use all the bags and nothing
Didn’t work never got hot and didn’t like it
JOHN L. : Powerful in a compact size
I was very skeptical about vaccum sealer, but I saw this one on sale so I gave it a try. This thing works very well. You can use any vaccum bags they sell on Amazon. I use the cut to fit rolls and it's perfect because it seals and vacuum. It's a very compact unit also.
Savannah Schwarz : Poof and gone
Bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas. Had it 2 months, used it about a half dozen times, and with a (literal) poof of smoke: no more vacuum sealer. How disappointing.
derrylwc : Great vacuum sealer, slightly difficult to clean
This product is awesome. Compact, easy to use, and powerful enough for most applications.
My only gripe is that it's difficult to clean. I typically seal bags of steak, fish, or chicken – which don't contain a lot of juice. Nevertheless, sometimes a bit of liquid escapes the top of the bag, and is collected by a small gutter in the machine. It would be nice if this gutter had a round profile, rather than having sharp inside edges that are difficult to wipe clean.
Everyday Cook : Love my Anova vac sealer
I own an expensive FoodSaver and hate it! Thought it was me when it would not seal. Nope, it was the machine.
I love the Anova. Simple to use, and the slow vac feature for soft or delicate items is wonderful.
I am a big fan of Anova as I own 2 of their sous vide cookers and this sealer just makes it all so easy!
Quantum_ct : Inconsistent Suction
At times this machine gets the job job. However, it sometimes does not suction properly. When it does suction after the automatic button is done, the air gets right back in the bag before machine can seal it. It is annoying that it has not saved my food sometimes. Yet, when it does suction & seal properly, it does a decent job for the price. I love Anova products & that's the reason I bought this little machine. It is very easy to operate and store.
BP : Weak and unreliable
The sealer only worked in manual mode after pushing the vacuum button. However, the seal did not last long and air came into the sealed bag within a matter of hours. I requested a return and will look at a different vacuum sealer.
MED : Unhappy
I returned this item After many attempts with different foods and bag sizes the vacuum sealer did not vacuum out all of the air.
Joan : Big improvement on Foodsaver
This small simple appliance just works. It's much quieter than the competition, and unlike many models of Foodsaver I've tried over the years, it's foolproof -- the vacuum feature never fails. It works with all brands of bags I've tried on it, and will even seal up opened chip bags and the like. I particularly like the pulse vacuum feature, which allows you to evacuate most of the air from a bag without crushing soft items like baked goods.
M. Chapman : Great vacuum sealer
I have been very happy with my purchase. Very simple to use and can be used with generic bags. This model takes up less space than my previous sealer and was half the cost. Highly recommend this model!
Elizabeth : Great if you get it on sale
You could get something way worse. For got this off the Treasure Truck and its worth what I paid for it. I don't think it's worth the market price. I wanted something that was going to suck every inch of air out of the bags but it's just not that commercial suction I was looking for.
I do want to say again, it is a good buy if you can't afford the better ones.
Neil N. : Can't use liquids but Anova recipes contain liquids!? Poor recommendation.
I purchased this vacuum sealer from a recommendation link when I purchased an Anova AN500 sous vide cooker. I love the sous vide cooker and used Ziploc's for several recipe's to make sure I would keep it. Everything went well so I opened up this vacuum sealer and read the instructions.
Instruction/warning #2 states "Avoid using any liquids in the bag." Huh? For sous vide? Anova included a sous vide recipe book with my AN500 and every recipe in cookbook contains liquid.
Why did Anova and/or Amazon recommend a vacuum sealer that cannot handle liquids when Anova proposes liquids in each recipe they sent to me? I just reread the product description and there is no mention of this limitation.
I'll look at other vacuum sealers with regard to liquid capability and return this one. What an unnecessary pain and thoughtless recommendation.
JayEff : Disappointing, doesn't do the one thing it's supposed to do
It neither vacuums nor seals. Bags are full of air and the seal is not tight enough to keep in a small bit of liquid. Disappointed with this
JJB : Terrible User Manual
This is my first vacuum sealer and at first glance it appears to be useful in sealing meat for the freezer. Time and repeated use will tell how fresh it keeps food destined for the freezer. Two very annoying issues with the product. I simply hate single illustrated use directions. Pictures are not necessarily worth 1000 words, especially when providing instruction on how to use a product. The other very annoying issue is the lack of any very visible feedback when the sealing feature is complete. The lighted ring on the sealing button is so faint that it is difficult to know when the sealing is complete. Also, the button is not continuously lit when sealing is in progress. The button is illuminated briefly and then turns off but then a few seconds later the button is again illuminated briefly. Not sure when sealing happens, immediately upon pressing sealing button or after button is illuminated the second time.
ELS : The bag opening needs to be in the suckage trough.
The instructions fail to mention the appropriate placement if the bag opening to achieve maximum suckage- vacuum-ization.
Consumer : Don’t buy for wet ingredients!
This is a terrible product when there is any moisture. The seal doesn’t work. The moisture gets caught in the non-removable drip tray. Don’t waste your money. Please. Good company. Horrible product.
Average Homeowner : Vacuum suction stopped working
The product stopped working after I used it 6-8 times.
The vacuum suction is anemic.
Don’t Buy this product
JayEff : Disappointing, doesn't do the one thing it's supposed to do
It neither vacuums nor seals. Bags are full of air and the seal is not tight enough to keep in a small bit of liquid. Disappointed with this

Summer : a bit more than I wanted to spend
Nice little machine for infrequent home use. Very easy to operate and more substantial than the $45 unit I returned. All in all I am happy with this vacuum sealer. Guess you get what you pay for.
Mike K. : Worked at first, broke quickly.
After several uses, the vacuum and seal function stopped working. It'll vacuum but then never seal. This means by the time I press the seal button, some air gets back into the bag. Not impressed with this model.
X. HE : Making food storage and prep easy for sous vide
I use this for sous vide. It makes prep, storage and cooking so easy.
The downside is the plastic bag usage... I would love to be more environmental friendly... Not exactly sure how yet...
Joan : Big improvement on Foodsaver

fishinat65 : Best on the market.
I had the other major brand for several years and fought it all the time. Finally I gave it away to Good Will. When I got this the major difference is in the heat strip. It is wider than the other ones, and that will make your bags seal better. If this lasts it will be the best one I ever used. Right now I am 1000% satisfied and will go back to sous vide with it instead of the immersion method.
Louis Salmon : Saved money already
We are big Costco shoppers and with the fish and meat we buy. My family doesn’t have to eat a specific meat days in a row. Meat lasts a lot longer in the freezer and the best part is sealing it with a marinade or seasoning!
Suz : Good, Basic Vacuum Sealer
This is a basic vacuum sealer. No bells and whistles, just gets the job done. Sturdy construction, easy to clean. Instruction booklet is useless. If you have never used a vacuum sealer, you may need to experiment a little but it is not that difficult to figure it out. Good product at this price-point.
Kellee : Great compact sealer
Bought this to replace a cheaper brand of vacuum sealer. It performs really well for most needs. The pulse vacuum function that they note is for wetter items does okay, it's still hard to vacuum seal things like peach slices or chicken thighs where there's enough liquid in the food itself to get drawn up by the vacuum, but it's still able to ultimately seal it, you just have to clean liquid out of the trough on the inside. Really love the sleek size, fits in a cabinet or drawer easily.
Deborah : Works great!
I have only used a couple of time to split out chicken or steak to smaller packages. It works great once you figure it out. It was hard to understand the picture instructions and once I figured out I had to close the top hard until it clicks, it worked well. I do like it and recommend it.
Nancy : It was an ok product until It died in 12 weeks
The suction, seal were fine but I probably used it two times a week and within 12 weeks it would seal but no suction. I would not recommend buying this product.
JayEff : Disappointing, doesn't do the one thing it's supposed to do
It neither vacuums nor seals. Bags are full of air and the seal is not tight enough to keep in a small bit of liquid. Disappointed with this

X. HE : Making food storage and prep easy for sous vide
I use this for sous vide. It makes prep, storage and cooking so easy.
The downside is the plastic bag usage... I would love to be more environmental friendly... Not exactly sure how yet...
naokiaji : Hope they replace this ....
Tried to use it today doesn’t seal or vacuum , only bought it 3months ago.....tried multiple times also with different contents , but the same ...contacted Anova support so waiting for response ...They asked me to send video on how I was operating to vacuum like they thought I was doing it right .......
fishinat65 : Best on the market.

Razorwoods : Great starter unit
This is a great starter unit for vacuuming sealing small things. The only problem I really have is that it's not wide enough. I'm using this for food storage and the larger bags are just 1/8" too wide for this. I have to make a small diagonal seal first to close off the width a little before doing the main seal. Since I like to seal my stuff twice (safety seal) it's a slight pain in the butt with this unit. If it wasn't for that minor issue I'd give it 5 starts as an all around perfect unit. If you're using it for smaller bags then I'd say it's perfect for a basic no frills sealer. The cost is great on this unit too. Take my advice and get a protection plan though.... all non-commercial vacuum sealers will break with continual regular use in a couple of years.

PCB : Very easy to use...
I purchased an Anova Sous VIde about a year ago and I love it. You haven't lived until you try sous vide chicken breasts....yum. Everything else comes out perfect too....filet mignon is a dream. But....since then I was using ziplock bags that I purchased in the grocery story. Yes, I saw that even the manufacturer did not recommend them for sous vide and I read about all the leaching of chemicals into the food, but heck, they were inexpensive and handy. As I continued my journey into sous vide world however, I started to want to cook veggies too....and you absolutely cannot do those in a store bought bag. Also about two months ago, one of my bags broke in the water.....so I finally gave in and started researching vacuum sealers and there are a ton of them out there. After two weeks of reading reviews I settled on two brands (neither was the Food Saver) and finally picked the Anova. Part of this was brand loyalty and part was that the Anova sealer was just made for sealing. No wine bottle tube, no six buttons on top....just a simple vacuum sealer and that is what I wanted. It also had the advantage of size, it fit in the drawer I had for it. It is about the size of a wax paper box. I am now on week two and I love it. We are a small household and I am now sealing all the extra chicken etc. that comes in the packages. If you read Serious Eats you know that you can just plunk a couple of frozen vacuum sealed chicken breasts (or any meat) into the sous vide and just give it an extra 20 minutes on the timer to cook....convenience at its best. If I change my mind for any reason, I will update this post, but as of right now.....this is a great machine for the price and I highly recommend it.
Dayle T. : Usage of rolls of plastic bags, every inch of it, suction, fast. So easy to use!!!
I have had one (THE FIRST ONE) vacuum sealer for years and years. (my man bought me the new styles that came out, sweet, but they used up WAY TOO MUCH OF THE PLATICS BAGS TO SEAL!!! And as we know, those rolls of bags aren't cheap! TOOK FOREVER TO SEAL AND COOL DOWN AND SEAL AND ETC...….
I also like making my own size bags. You can make a bag small enough to seal your coins with, one at a time if you wish.
I have put up thousand's of pounds of meat!!!! Make my own sausage, smoke my own meats, jerky and thats not even counting the garden stuff.
This little guy is doing the job!!!!
It compares to the very first one I had got years ago. Simple, no counter space to take up. I put it with my aluminum foil and plastic wrap. It's used that much.
Oh, by the way, it has the PULSE SUCTION TOO! So you don't crush your crackers or things that need less suction.
Love it!!!
Susan S : I love this product! Easy fast clean and $ saver!
My favorite kitchen appliance! Easy to use, easy to clean! Used it after I got it out of the box.
Kyla : Strongly urge you not to buy this vacuum sealer.
I never leave reviews but this one is worthy. I would not suggest this vacuum sealer from day one it has not worked well. It is very weak and 9 out of 10 you have to reseal due to an unsealed area that allows air back in.
Elizabeth : Great if you get it on sale
You could get something way worse. For got this off the Treasure Truck and its worth what I paid for it. I don't think it's worth the market price. I wanted something that was going to suck every inch of air out of the bags but it's just not that commercial suction I was looking for.
I do want to say again, it is a good buy if you can't afford the better ones.
you can compare the product price from Costco, wayfair, bestbuy, lowes, target, homedepot, Walmart, ebay, amazon to find the best price for you
