Do these bag clips last a long time or do they wear out quickly?

Answer: Love the sealing clips. I have been using them for several months and they are working well. I had found one and started using it, that was years ago. Then decided to find some more and I did on Amazon. Highly recommend them. You have to fold large bags to close them with a clip, but you will learn as you go along. Great buy.

How do you use the clamps to close bags

Answer: If the bag is wider than the clip, you can just fold the top or bunch it up, then clamp down the clip!

Does this product also prevent bugs from entering the bag?

Answer: No bugs so far. Chips etc, seem to stay fresh.

Answer: Have never found bugs in anything I have clip closed.

For some reason, this style of chip-clip isn't easy to find anymore. I've looked in all kinds of stores for them and haven't seen them. So these are perfect -- just what I was looking for. I definitely could have used a smaller set, as this set seems way too large for one household, and I ended up giving a bunch of them away to two other people. But I'm very happy with them!

I guess for the money they are ok but I wanted something sturdier. These will mostly be used for freezer items. The small ones are hard to open when frozen.

The 3 in ones only seal well when you fold the bag a number of times, since they are made somewhat looser than the 4.5in ones (I checked all 10, they were all the same, so must be a design thing). Other than that, no complaints about the quality.

The product arrives all packaged nice and neat by sizes, but I had to wash the clips prior to use. The clips all had a weird oily residue on them. Pretty gross. Overall, not a terrible product so far.

I like how this is manufactured and the flexibility of the clip itself. It is not a hard plastic and doesn’t crack like some similar clips.
These keep bread, chips and mist snacks fresh until the contents are gone! Great value for the money and easy to use.

These should be made from bamboo instead of plastic. The large clips work, but require folding the bag top and use two hands to secure the clip.

They work great and seal tightly. The variety in size is good if you need a small clip for a small bag and vice versa. The colors also help to identify the different size easily instead of having to look closely. The only thing is the green one you have to make sure it’s closed bcz sometimes it slides to the side and doesn’t snap.
