Answer: I don’t think it is designed to. But if you have something to attach it with, it will because it is very light and has a small lanyard loop meant for your wrist you can probably use to attach it to the vest.

I bought this net specifically for the walleye run. My buddies all told me is was too shallow of a net for walleye, but they soon changed their minds when I was able to land and quickly remove my fish, while they were dealing with the fish flopping around and getting itself and the hook tangled in their big baggy net. Its also very light weight. I put a carabiner on the handle strap and attach it to my waders so it's right there when I get a fish.. When we were leaving our fishing spot they were all asking where I got my net. I'm very happy with it.

I don't know that there's a better net for a lower price. Collapsible handle is great for storing in my backpack and the net itself is very deep. Rubber mesh seems strong and should last for a while. Just wish the handle was longer.

This net broke on the second use. It has large strands of material that were not adhered properly. My hooks got caught in them and ripped a hole in the net. It's now useless and in the landfill. It's also bulky and the not lightweight. It does not collapse properly either. Total waste of my money.

I have examined this very reasonably priced net critically and closely. I believe that it will last very well. The hoop that holds the net is smooth extruded black anodized aluminum. This aluminum hoop mounts into a heavy plastic block that I believe will be very durable when I look at the heft of the plastic. The net is tough feeling fiber of some type that feels very sturdy. The netting is rubberized and appears to be very tough and yet it should be easy on the fish so they can be safely released without harm. I am impressed by the small hole size in the netting. I measured the oval shaped holes at approximately 1/4" X 3'16". This should let me use this for netting minnows as well as landing larger fish. The netting is held in place in the hoop very securely and all edges are hidden and protected within the aluminum hoop. The stitching is well done and well finished. It appears to have great lasting strength. The 8" folding handle folds very nicely and securely it is easy to unfold using just one hand. It should be very easy to store out of the way on my fishing boat.
I do wish there was some type of belt clip on the net frame for stream fishing but I am sure it will be easy to rig this little beauty with a lanyard and clip to take care of that. I will be shocked if I don't get years of enjoyment from this net. I will add to this review if it disappoints in any way but I do not see that happening. I am ordering another of these right away. The product description states that the hoop and handle are made from carbon fiber and fiberglass materials ….. looks like plain ole aluminum to me...….. the hoop has a "metallic ring " to it when tapped with another metal object ...however I have no way to analyze it so I'll have to take their word....there is a small amount of looseness in the joint between the hoop and the handle when opened up but again this is not an issue
Overall it looks good....I haven't had a chance to use it but will give a follow up review after putting it to.... the test......thats the reason I didn't rate "durability"

This net is a affordable trout landing net. It has a foldable handle for making it more compact to store or travel with. The net material is a rubbery type of material and has a flat bottom to keep the fish in the proper position making it easier to handle release the fish and also reduces the chances of the hook snagging on the net material.
The opening is very large which makes landing the fish easier. It would be better lighter but the weight is manageable.

This is a well made and durable fish net suitable for small to medium fish. I like the folding handle and the locking mechanism seems to hold well. The net is a heavy duty rubber material, yet the net it light weight. I'll definitely he keeping this handy in the boat.

I've only had this for a little while, but I'm just happy to have found a reasonably sturdy net for my kids to use pond-exploring and fishing. Normally the exposed netting looped over the metal circle is quickly worn through, here the net is not exposed in the opening of the net, but covered with plastic or silicone. Hopefully it will hold up to all the mud-scooping that takes place!
