The company sent me another one and the fan on that one wasn't working either. After a long time the company sent me two replacement fans I installed both and only one worked. But that machine still overheats and melts all the plastic.

Product was defective when I got it. Didn't seal right, loose parts, sealed weirdly on one side. One side of the seal looks okay but the other side looks flat like it didn't seal properly

Great entry level sealer. Worked great out of the box, very easy to make adjustments depending on the type of bags you are sealing. It doesn’t say it in the manual but it’s helpful to know what temperatures your bags should be sealed at to prevent bags melting to the sealing belt.

Ive been running band sealers for almost 10 years and this is a first. The replacement bands supplied with the sealer, which are industry standard size, are too big to replace the slightly smaller band run by the front wheel that was already installed on the machine when it arrived 30 days ago. Somebody miscalculated when they reverse engineered this design.
Amazon's solution is to send a whole new machine. So for a week until it arrives, I get to spend $$ on 2 employees running this line instead of 1, and still ship orders behind schedule.
If you run a small business, stay away from this brand unless you like more headaches.
