I gave this product 5 stars because it works great, very easy to use, easy instructions. Just note that they won’t work for Mylar resealable ziplock bags.

CJ. : No power, VERY cheap made, stopped working, broke quickly.

After two attempts, a bag of chips, was barely resealed.
Forget about using for vacuum sealing; this machine does not have the power and will stop before before completing the process. Would not completely vacuum seal a semi-frozen one pound of ground chuck in butcher paper after 4 tries and four new bags; suction stopped 2/3ds way through process three times, wouldn’t suction at all fourth time.
Although this has lid locks on either side, hand pressure must be applied to lid (per instructions and actually) to assist machine in working.
First time used: to reseal two bags of chips and the four tries to vacuum seal one lb. gr. chuck before foam pad separated, coming loose and suction ceased to operate.
Second time used: while heat sealing a small piece of cooked steak lid hinges broke lifting lid. Unrepairable plastic pieces and parts.
