But I recommend you to frozen the soup based food,and then put it into the bag for vacuuming and sealing.If freezing isn't an option, the unit comes with the container connection tube. Youd just need to buy a separate vacuum seal container to put the liquid based food in.

How far into the machine do you have to feed the bag edge before the sealer works?
Answer: If just sealing ensure it goes over gold strip by about a 1cm . If vacuum sealing ensure you don't cover the 'small pipe' to the right . Another tip use much larger bags than required. These can then be washed and reused time after time as they are obviously smaller each time they are used .

Do I have to use the special vacuum bag of this vacuum sealing machine? Or can I use a non-vacuum bag?
Answer: No, the vacuum function of this Vacuum Sealer Machine is matched with the vacuum bag. However, it is not recommended to use non-vacuum bags under the sealing function, which will easily melt the plastic bags.

Answer: The port, that is placed on top, of the vacuum sealer is round. So, the container's top needs to be round as well. Next, are you wanting to marinate or store vegetables?

Answer: Yes, but it is not recommended to store them for too long, because fruits and vegetables will breathe and produce gas under anaerobic conditions, which will cause the bag to expand.

Answer: You can seal every plastic bag that is not too thick. But it can't give you a proper vacuum, because I found that ordinary bags will be sealed when pumping air, and the air cannot be completely removed. This is because the NEIJIAER bag has an air gap when extracting air. Once the air is completely drawn out It can be sealed and melted very well, but I have solved this problem with a NEIJIAER. The length of the bag allows air to be sucked away. You must reseal it because the sealer is not hot enough to pass through the three-layer plastic bag.

This product was a little difficult to use out of the box, but eventually we got it. We have been cooking using Sous vide for a while now, but wanted to get the “authentic” experience by making our own vacuum sealed bags for the meats.
Pros:
Cheap (relatively)
Let’s you make custom-sized bags
Small and compact, fits in a drawer easily.
Cons:
Sometimes takes multiple tries to properly seal the bag
Not very straightforward how to use out of the box (especially making a custom-sized bag). Had to rely on YouTube videos
Noisy
Update: vacuum capabilities completely broke, don’t work 4/5 times. Will return.

I put this away after not being able to get it to seal & kept using my other (cheaper & better one). Cleaning out a closet, I pulled this one out & just for kicks, gave it another go. Still having trouble. Found a YouTube video that solved the problem:
I wasn't closing the sides completely. That's it. That was the whole issue.
The sides are incredibly hard to snap shut. I have to push down so hard to get the machine to snap close that my hands sometimes hurt. But since I am now able to use it, I have actual pros and cons:
PROS - It's only about as loud as my other machine (which is older, cheaper & works much better). Having a built-in cutter is nice. Having options for "Moist", "Gentle", etc is nice. It looks nice. My other "workhorse" sealer is ugly but so effective. This one looks great on the counter but that's not helpful. LOL
CONS - Since this is more expensive than my other one, I expected it to be a lot quieter. I don't notice much of a difference in the "Gently", Moist", etc. The machine is still very hard to snap shut. You have to feed quite a bit of the plastic into the machine in order for it to suction. My other machine lets you suction/seal closer to the edge of the plastic so you don't waste as much. The instructions were less than useless. I actually put this away for over a year because I couldn't figure out how to make it work.
The main issue is that this machine looks longer than my other one but the actual sealing length is about the same. So it takes up more space without a big advantage.
Basically, this machine cost more & worked less effectively than my other one. I could have paid a bit more and gotten something really good. At least now this is working for me.
