what is it made of?

Answer: It is made of silicone. Silicone also known as siloxanes, is a man-made polymer made up of silicon, oxygen, carbon and hydrogen. Silicones are produced in forms including silicone fluids, resins, liquid or flexible rubber like solid silicone. In short, silicone is a synthetic substance made up of silicon, which is extracted from silica (sand).

Answer: No, they are purely Silicome

Can these be cut to fit in a L'equip dehydrator?

Answer: Can you cut them? Yes you can but these are not the thin tray liners. These are the thicker silicone type liners which are much nicer than the thin type. Specifically can you cut them to fit your specific dehydrator I am not sure as I do not possess that make dehydrator.

What is it really made of? Is it pure silicone?

Are these silpats actually yellow?? (with a red trim) or what?

Answer: Yes they are same color as shown, trim my downa little for a perfect for my Rosewell dehydrator clean up easy soap water save the time cleaning metal racks , When doing Jerky, which is the only thing I done with my dehdrator, when mading with ground beef; I will turn the jerky over half way through the process.

Answer: I find that foods that have some liquids like oils work well with the silicone pads. They do not leak.

Incredible value. At about half the price of the Excalibur Paraflexx sheets these are a steal. If you have ever used silicone baking mats for a normal pan you will be familiar with these already, they are basically just the same silicone baking mats as those but with different dimensions. My only complaint is that they are slightly larger than 14 x14, it's closer to 14.1 x 14.1 inches which is slightly larger than fits on the Excalibur trays, but only by a hair. I'm not taking a star off for it because it still fits fine, just looks a little weird and doesn't lay perfectly in the tray.

I own other silicone mats, but this one is higher quality and thicker. It is just the right size for a round 14 inch pizza pan for crispy baking. Like all baking mats, it is easy to clean and hope it lasts just as long as my previous mats - 2.5 years.

I purchased these to add to my Samson dehyrator which came with 6 almost identical sheets. What I purchased is on the left while the sheet that came with my dehydrator is on the right. Other than being slightly smaller they work well and look the same as far as shape, color, and stamp decal. It would have been nice if they were the same size but possibly they are more universal to fit other square models.

Love these! Fit my Excalibur perfect. I made fruit leather and they didn’t stick at all and drying times didn’t seem to be much different whan when I used parchment paper. Difference between using parchment paper and this is amazing. Parchment paper was moving and wrinkly and I would leather came out all wrinkled. These dried perfectly flat and cleaned up easy!
