Harmony's Tungsten Offset Weedless Ned Rig Jigheads take Ned Rig fishing to the next level. The offset hook design allows you to fish where no other Ned Rig has been before. This rig's snagless design allows it to slip through grass, weeds, lily pads, brush, wood, rocks, and other cover better than any other.
The tungsten head is nearly twice as dense as lead, allowing for a smaller, more compact size head than the same weight lead jig head. The higher density also translates to greater sensitivity, allowing you to feel the bottom better than lead Ned Rig jigheads.

What size are the hooks?

Answer: Hello. The 1/16, 1/8, and 3/16 oz sizes use a #2/0 hook. The 1/4 oz size uses a #4/0 hook. For a size comparison, you can take a look at the product photo that compares each weight/hook size to a US Quarter.

Answer: To be honest I'm not sure. Someone stole them off my porch before I got the package. I did pick up some more from cabelas and they work fantastically. Pretty sure they are the same and this is a better price. I highly suggest these. Best of luck.

What brand of hooks do you use?

Answer: Hello. These are our own Harmony brand Razor Series hooks. We designed these hook’s shape, size, and wire diameter to perfectly pair with floating Ned Rig plastics such as the Z-Man Finesse TRD for the three smaller sizes and the Big TRD for the 1/4oz size.

Answer: I typically use Eagle claw Texas rig jig heads but this brand is a good sub.

Answer: I use “Owner” and Gamakatsu hooks.

Could you use this for a small soft plastic swim bait, lets say 2-4 inches?

Answer: Yes. While they're designed for using as a ned rig jighead, they're also good for a finesse swimbait like you mentioned (2-3" is usually best on the smaller 1/16-3/16oz heads, but the 1/4oz head is good for a 3-4" swimbait). The 90 degree line tie ensures that the bait stays upright on your retrieve rather than rolling around like a straight or 45 degree line tie on similar jigheads.

Answer: Yes you could, but you're better off buying the Owner version, these have a 90 deg line tie, the Owners are at 45 deg and they are much better.

Answer: Absolutely! The 90 degree line tie keeps the rig upright if you're swimming it. 4" baits pair well with the 1/4oz heads, 2-3" baits pair better with the 1/16 to 3/16oz models.

How do you use the included peg? by the jighead or closer to the hook point? I am confused where it goes

Answer: After you put the plastic bait up to the jig head you then add the peg. Place the peg flush against the bait.

Answer: Actually I’ve never used the peg. I didn’t see a good use for it. The design of the hook holds the jig body or worm very well.

Answer: I use it closer to the hook point up against the back of the jig.

Answer: Run it all the way up the hook across the hook bend against the ned plastic. Keeps the top portion of the ned plastic in place and reduces wear.

Answer: You put right under the bait to keep it from slipping down.

These things work perfectly. I’ve been looking for something like this for a while. I paired them up with some with some z-man swimmerz for a Ned rig swim bait dual threat that slips through cover amazingly. The hook is sticky sharp and the included o-rings help keep the bait flush to the hook. I have a feeling I’ll be keeping one of these tied on all year!

Ok real review here. Just got these and tried today. I fish on a farm pond down south. Lots of weeds and bottom grass at this lake. Paired this with a zman TRD Ned worm. Worked great. Caught 10 bass in 2 hours. It’s August and hot and the bass seem to favor a smaller bait when it gets this hot. Tried regular Ned rig last week and got a few, but the rig just snagged too much grass. Bass won’t grab it if a lot of weeds hanging off the rig.

These are the ultimate Ned Rigs. Tungsten - check! Weedless - check! Sharp fine wire hooks - check! The hooks are light enough for your bait to still stand up on the bottom...any bigger or thicker hooks on these and your bait would be laying on its side lifeless on the bottom instead of standing up and dancing when you twitch your line. I've only tried the 1/8oz but I'm going to pick up all the other sizes as well. Excited to try the 1/4oz with the zman big trd. If harmony designed them to pair as well with the big trd as they did for the regular finesse trd, then the 1/4oz will be awesome as well. They aren't kidding about these being weedless. The hook design keeps the point hidden so I can fish in stuff that I used to snag up and lose ned rigs in.

I love fishing the Ned rig, but often find myself losing many rigs to snags due to the exposed hook design. This hook keeps the hook concealed - Texas rig style. I throw this anywhere -- it doesn't get snagged, hooksets are easy, and it absolutely crushes for Bass. I highly recommend this product although I do think they are overpriced.

I thought these would be perfect for the type of finesse jigging I do, but I'm disappointed. I feel this jighead takes away from the wiggling of the bait, but that's not the worst part. After casting 4 or 5 times under a bridge, the jighead GOES FLYING OFF THE HOOK. I still have the hook and bait, but the weight just went flying. That's never happened to me before. I'll try the others later, but I left these in the box for the rest of my trip. I question the quality of these, and I'm not happy with the purchase. Great idea but poor execution.

These hooks are fantastic! As far as I know, they are the only ones that offer the offset option where you can actually hide the hook on a ned rig. All the others out there just leave the hook hanging out and they just get hung up constantly.

The hooks are super sharp and last awhile as well. And most importantly, these absolutely catch fish! Customer service at this company is fantastic as well.

Fast shipping, excellent quality tungsten, and great design… Weedless neds are hard to find, in tungsten… even harder. I’ve had a few other kinds that the tungsten head separates from the hook after a day of dragging rocks… these look like new, paint hasn’t even chipped off… after multiple days of fishing. As to a few other reviews of gamakatsu like sharpness, yes… they are sticky sharp and thin enuff to keep the Ned vertical.

Dave : Best way to fish a ned rig, COMPLETELY weedless.

I have stopped using all other ned heads after trying these. You won’t be disappointed. These make your ned rigs COMPLETELY weedless. That was my main issue using ned rigs before, was getting them snagged on light line, you would break off a lot. Even the zman weedless sucked too, those little wires didn’t help anything.
With these offset ewg ned heads, its a whole new ballgame. You rig the ned bait texas style, and leave the hook tip buried in the plastic. The rig still stands up, still has great action, etc. Use a light 1/8th or smaller size on spinning gear. I’d say the hookup ratio on these is better than traditional ned heads. These are thin wire, and gamakatsu type sharpness. When you get a bite on finesse gear, just lift up like normal neds and the hook sets itself. Since these are wider, you don’t have nearly as many fish swallow them deep which is a problem with traditional neds. The ewg seems to pull out of their gullet and hang in their lip. Its just all round better for ned rigging. But most important, is the fact that when rigged, these seldom hang up. I was throwing one in submerged trees last weekend, and never had an issue with them coming through.
