what size Abec or Boca replacement bearings will fit this reel?

Answer: I don't know what size, but the bearing are pretty good as is. I suggest you get the reel, try it, then get some over-priced Abec or Boca bearings..

How much 10lb mono will this hold?

Answer: I think you can put all the 10lb test mono on this as you will ever need. I don't know, but I'd bet at least 200 yds. Of course, it depends on how deep you pile it on. One turn of the reel is about 8-9 inches. Unless you are in big body of open water, can't imagine why you'd need more than 100 yds unless you backlash it over and over.
