How long is the string attached?

Answer: There is no string attached. I typically use a boat rope and tie to the bag and then put if over the side.

Answer: ONLY TRIED 2 TO SEE HOW EFFECTIVE THEY WERE. HAD TO USE MY OWN LINE. I LIVE ON A FL. TIDAL CANAL, TIED 8' LINE & DROPPED IT IN THE CANAL ANCHORED TO THE DOCK. IT LASTED ABOUT 3 DAYS IN THIS TIDAL WATER. HOPE THIS HELPS. HARRY

Answer: yes. it is reusable considered you dry them as soon as you take them out of saltwater.

Answer: I saved chum in open container in boat, but it attracted a million bugs and flies!

I soaked the bag in bunker oil - it worked wonderully

Use this for fishing on a boat in Galveston Bay. Had no real noticeable difference in the number of fish or bites we got.

Love this stuff. Works great in salt water. Took about 30-45 mins to start working. Haven’t tried it in freshwater yet.

It works ok. Not bad as trap bait. But it will attract things like sea catfish. But it does work and the minnows like it as well.

Don't waste your money. The balls are the same thing you feed koi at the zoo. It also takes a long time to dissolve. Had it hung on the side of the boat for about 5 hours. When we got back to the dock I hung it off the dock. 4 hours later there was still about 20% of the bag left. Don't cheap out. Buy or make real chum or just skip it.
