What size hook is best to use? Just a standard salmon egg size hook?

Ive noticed the texture has changed in thr last month or so. I have bought 4 different jars from different stores, falls off hook easily. Anyone else?

Answer: I would use and egg hook. Pushed through and out up so the hook is above the egg. The hook has to be out of the egg as it is harder than natural eggs.

Are these garlic infused?

Answer: No. Not Garlic

These things catch trout. Why? I don't really know, but they work.

Only major issue is that trout will swallow them whole and hurt themselves. Do not use if you plan on catch and release. If you are catching to keep, this is not a concern.

Levy Daniel McGee : Expensive! No color choice, no fluid in jar.

I always use GULP floating eggs, even though they don't stay soft unless stored tightly in the fluid-filled jar. These eggs came fully sealed but had zero extra fluid in the jar. Not good. I'll have to use them quickly, which, considering the size of this jar for $5.99, won't be a problem. It's small; the 1/2 oz size. I should count the number of eggs in there and figure out the price PER EGG. I haven't tried this fluor. Orange, but it was the only color offered for less than $10 / jar.
This must be how it feels to live in Russia.

Typical Berkeley bait. I use a lot of their products and they work very well for me. Floats pretty well if you want a floating bait. I personally didnt have much luck with this stuff. I prefer Berkeleys power bait series.

These work well to create 'mice tails,' but the material they use for the Gulp eggs and worms shreds too easily around the hook holes.
