Has anyone used these on lots of fish? How many fish did you filet before it got dull?

Answer: I actually use this to butcher deer. I do one white tail per blade start to finish. So I would say pretty durable

the picture also shows a 3.5" blade with gut hook besides the serrated blade, is this blade also included?

Answer: No, the gut hook blade only comes with the Talon Hunt pack. That Talon Fish pack comes with 2 - 7" fillet, 1 - 5" fillet, and 1 - 3.5" partially serrated blade.

Answer: not in the ack I got. Knife is grate but no gut hook included. You can purchase many different blades sat very reasonable prices.

Answer: Im not sure. But I've used them on hundreds of fish since I bought them and haven't replaced them yet.

This is the sharpest fillet knife on the planet. To a point of being unsafe. Be very careful. Will go through bones. Need to be careful while filleting not to cut through bones and ruin fillet. It’s flexible so it works well once you get the hang of it. But it’s so sharp it actually takes a little getting used to. Blade changing system is awesome. I own a lot of expensive fillet knives. Shun, westuf, Dalstrung and a few handmade Japanese knives costing up to 300.00 each. Nothing compares to this for filleting. I like it that much.
