　先日こちらで購入したところハンドルスクリューキャップに傷と、巻き心地にスプールが半分〜上に向かう辺りでコツコツした違和感が…。不良として交換申請したところなんと1時間ほどで『発送済み。明日到着予定』のメールが！(まだこっちのステラは送ってないのに笑)

　そして新たに届いたステラは状態も巻き心地も最高でした。しっかりした対応と早さに驚きました。店頭で買うより1万円くらい安いので本当に良かったです。
