Me : Pflueger doesnt stand by their products.

The brand new Pflueger purist I bought was missing springs on the centrifugal brake. It wouldn't spin freely. I wrote Pflueger, and they told me I could send it to them, so they could decide if it was a manufacturing problem. Forget that. I already knew it was, so I wasn't going to pau for shipping and wait for their answer. I returned the defective Pflueger and bought a Lew's laser mg baitcaster. It has a much better braking system that can be adjusted externally. Its a much better reel. I will never own a Pflueger again. Horrible customer service. Horrible company.
