M. Hadeler : Excellent for weighing poultry when harvesting

I bought it to weigh turkeys that I was harvesting. I weighed them after dispatch and again when they were gutted and prepped (really helped to know final weight to determine roasting time). It worked awesome! My hubby didn’t think it would hold a 40+# bird, but it did fine. He was the one who held the scale up w/ the bird hanging from it, tho, so he had a bit of trouble. lol.
