Answer: This product was originally designed for finesse fishing for freshwater bass and may prove to be too small physically for saltwater species.

Answer: Hello. These are the 1/10z Z-Man Finesse ShroomZ jigheads. I don't believe Z-Man specifies the hook size, but they should be a size 1.
Answer: I think it is a 1/0. Or something similar in size. Its strong enough to land an 8lb bass I know that much.
Answer: The hook sizes ranges from size #1 to 3/0

I love Zman baits. This is my second kit and had order quite others. I only gave a four stars because of the price and because since they are made out of elastic, they melt easy if left out in the heat. Will buy again and recommend it, I have catch many bass since using it.

Fish with a lot of finesse baits during times when the bite is difficult. The NED rig including the hooks and plastic baits are the bait to go to during that time. The TRD baits material stand up to the bite and last.

It's been hot here in South Florida. Not much rain so the water has been warm and clear. My normal go to in these conditions is the Senko. But it was getting lost in the thicker than usual muck on the bottom. The Ned Rig sticks straight up and pokes through the muck. Just a little wiggle and the bass can't resist. I even caught catfish midday and snake heads on this rig. This needs to be part of your go to box.

I've read a few articles and watched a video or two about the Ned Rig. I received my Ned Rig Kit in the mail after ordering it just a couple days ago. That was fast! Well, my fishing spot is frozen over, we're expecting 8 to 12 inches of snow, and I won't be able to give an honest rating on this lure until the spring thaw, but from what I've been reading in the enclosed instructions on how to work this lure, it makes total sense.

Well what can I say, first time using this rig I caught a bass and continued to catch almost 25 bass without retyin the not, I switched baits only because the fish were not biting and the worm was tough to get off the jig. Fish it slow in cold water and I promise you will catch fish just be patient and catch more than your buddy trying to use a Ned rig with a worm other than a z-man

A guy out on the lake introduced us to these and we laughed when we first saw them, but then we quit, as they started catching fish. I really like the design of the hook and the way they drop to the bottom. You don't ever loose your "worm" and they bounce along the bottom very well, even in rocks. We caught smallmouth, largemouth, catfish, striper, walleye and crappie all on the same PBJ worm. Only thing that will stop you from catching fish is if they get caught between a couple rocks and you can't get it to pop out, but what doesn't. Great addition to my tackle box.

This "kit" does include everything it states, but the items can be purchased cheaper separately. I was disappointed with the How To booklet that comes with this kit. I was under the impression it would be more than it was. The gear is good, just over priced in my opinion.

I love this kit and so do the bass. When I first got it I thought why the hell would a fish eat this but three bass in my first five casts changed my mind. As others have said the worms are very durable. I'm used to using roboworms and going through a bag in a day. I am still on the original one and probably caught 12 fish with it.

$16 for 8 pcs of soft plastic 3" long, 5 mushroom jigheads (all of which I could have bought locally for under $10). The biggest problem being the two short pages that appeared to be a small booklet, tuned out to be 1 piece of folded heavy wt. paper w/ instructions on how to fish the NED RIG. For anyone w/ bass fishing experience, the instructions were not "eye opening" but at best logical. On the positive side, I'm sure the NED RIG will produce fish but cost effective they are not
