Do they glow well?

Answer: They glow when you put them in light. I carry an Ultra Violet light in my tackle box to speed up the glow. Once it absorbed the light, it will not last longer than 8-10min. I dont think you will find anything that will last significantly long unless its a glow stick.

It only floats if air bubbles cling to it when placed in water. Any tap or small movement will disperse these bubbles and then it will sink.
