How much drag does this reel have?

is picture shown reel with right or left hand retrieve?

Answer: I’m not sure about the picture, but I have 4 of them. They are right hand retrieve. Good reel. Can take the punishment of constant action in a boat Kokanee fishing and in the rain. I have not had any fogging of the counter lense and they’ve taken a beating. No retrieve or drag fail in over a year. Cost effective.

Answer: This would be for holding ROD in left hand and REELING with your right hand.

Does the 100 have a line out alarm?

Answer: If u put it on the click setting u will hear line going out.

Answer: Yes. The "clicker" switch is located on the side panel opposite the handle.

Answer: Yes it does.

How about some line capacities? Retrieve ratio would be nice too. Thank you in advance.

Answer: gear ratio is 5.2 to 1. 12lb 205 yds, 14lb 175 yds, 17lb 150 yds

How much drag does the 100 have?

Answer: Seems adequate for my purposes. I use 8lb fluoro carbon line and troll for kokanee salmon, rainbow, brown and cutthroat trout.

What is the line capacity? What pound test is recommended for this reel?

Answer: There are line/footage marked on the reel...........I used 10#/240 yards...(not marked on reel, all markings are heavier line).

Answer: 150 yard of 20 pound braided line.

How much drag can the reel apply?

Answer: If you mean how tight can you make it it is possible to tighten drag completely so no line will come off the reel.
