More than i expected--as a guide for the last 20 years I've bought 10's of thousands of $$ worth of fishing equipment -quality like this usually costs more. I was pleasantly surprised when i opened the box. A great net for fish up to 24 inches for sure with a close reach. I bought it for traveling / fly fishing out of inflatables and wading. It's deep enough to wrastle in something bigger and certainly tough enough.

The net is a decent quality. Functions well. Folds easily and handle extends fine. I returned it because it is to small for bass fishing. The handle is also to short to scoop bass from a boat. If you fish tournaments and gotta get a 4lber in the net it would be difficult. Net would be fine for pan fish and small trout.

I was looking for a net that was compact and sturdy, this is both. Once the net is extended, the neck is very durable compared to a previous net that had a plastic connector which broke. Love the fact that once the handle is pushed in the actual net folds in half. Like the net material also. Great buy, my teenage son and husband are very happy with this net.

Plastic loops broke the day I received it. Attempted to fold and collapse the net for easy storage as it is intended and it snapped immediately. Poorly made, cannot reach any catch nor does have a mechanism to prevent from dropping such as a keychain/loop hole. Wish I could still return it.
