Will this fit a Penn Slammer 10500?

Answer: I believe it will stretch enough to fit a Penn Slammer III 10500. It fits my 8500 Spinfisher V with no problems and actually is a little loose. The Velcro closures should still close the cover tight enough around a10500 size reel for good protection. Not sure if the top flap will go over the rod handle as pictured on the Amazon website though. I just purchased a new Penn reel and will be ordering this reel cover as soon as I can. Answer: I bought this for a penn spinfisher 8500ll. If I did not have the LL button on the bottom might have fit well. I am able to force them in ok. Holding up well so far.

Answer: I have a large cover that I use on a Penn SSV6500LL Spinfisher V Fishing Reel mounted on a Big Water Ugly Stick surf rod and it works great. The way the hook and loop fasteners work these covers can be adjusted to accommodate any make or model reel. I would order a large for a 65 size reel.

Answer: I have the Penn Spinfisher v 6500, and the kufa large cover fits perfectly around it. I'm not sure the deference in size between the Penn and the Okuma, but hopefully this will help you determine if it will fit your Okuma Avenger.
