Is this cut resistant?

Answer: You could certainly cut it intentionally with a knife. Bet it seams very tear resistant

Answer: A knife will cut it with no problem I am sure. I’ve had it full of fish and fish And never affected it. I drag it and wade fish with it and have for several years and it still like new. I put a Styrofoam noodle in the top to make it float in deeper water.

Answer: Poly/nylon? Mines been awesome and I drag using as wading fish basket.

Answer: I’ve been a commercial scuba diver for 20 years and this type of bag Is sturdy, well made, and should hold scallops. I converted this net and used it as a honeybee swarm collection net.

Answer: Depends how many you are getting...it is arelatively large net. I use mine for fish and I can fit a good 10 - 15 4lb black sea bass in the net.

Answer: I can tell you it holds 22 in rainbow and German brown trout. Haven't used it for crab.

Answer: The purpose of it is to place your prey, you could fit mask and snorkel and very short fins, but that's not what its made for

Sorry but, how do you open the bag?

Answer: There’s a little metal clamp that you flip back to open or forward that locks the two handles together to keep the bag closed

Answer: The retainer rolls off with your thumb. I did take a flat blade screwdriver to open the clasp as it’s pretty tight when new

Does this work better than using a stringer to keep fish?

Answer: A stringer is always going to be better then a bag, I have been spearfishing for 30 years and have lost many fish trying to put them into a bag. I dive the Pacific ocean from San Simeon to Malibu and every channel island except San Miguel.

Answer: Yes, depends how you prefer you keep the fish.

Answer: I actually only use this bag when I dive in fossilized coral reefs in Lake Michigan to pick up the fossils I find. The one thing I can say it it carries A LOT of rocks and seems really durable.

Answer: Hi, this is a mesh bag with small netting holes. Sorry for the misreading picture.

I love this bag. Large bag that attaches nicely to my dive belt and I use it to put garbage I collect underwater while diving. Super durable and hold a lot of heavy items, some with sharp edges and has been holding up nicely.

The clip to hold it together is pretty easy to work with underwater and holds the bag shut with no problems.

This bag is perfect for my scuba diving/free diving trips. Big enough to hold plenty of fish. The handles are great, they make it easier to open and close the bag even when you have stuff sitting in it already. And there is not need to find a drawstring loosen it up and then have to tighten it back. Simple open and close with a latch to secure the handles. The clip on the side is perfect for using a carabiner for hands free use. Buy it, you wont regret it. I have used it for lobsters and fish. Sometimes the lobster spines get caught in the net, but the handles help to make sure this isn't a complete hassle. Keep your catch!

I am a beekeeper and I was searching for the right swarm capture bag. This had the perfect size hole dimensions so the bees could not escape, heavy duty stainless folding rim, and large capacity. I rigged this up using pvc pipe and joints and attach it to a long pole so I can reach swarms that have settled in trees.

Haven't used it on the water yet as there's still snow on the ground, but I'm sure it'll work great.

Bought it to attach to the side of my kayak with a short bungee chord, so that rather than dealing with clips on a stringer every time I catch a fish I can just drop them into the bag. It's simple to open/close & unlock/lock with one hand as long as you brace it against something. The lock is a little bit stiff though, so it might take a little while for a woman or young person to get used to it, might need to use 2 hands at first.

I added some 1/2" foam pipe insulation with cable ties to one side of the frame so that when I lay open the side that's not attached to the 'yak it will float & stay wide open for me to put a fish in.

Every thing about the bag says "quality & durability", from the heavy duty mesh & stitching to the heavy duty stainless steel frame at the mouth of the bag.

Love this bag. Big enough for multiple large saltwater fish and a buckle to connect it to my weight belt. Love the easy open and close, and especially the ability to hold open to get the fish in. I've used a drawstring for 35 years and I wish I had gone this route way earlier.
