Is this cut resistant?

Answer: You could certainly cut it intentionally with a knife. Bet it seams very tear resistant

Answer: A knife will cut it with no problem I am sure. I’ve had it full of fish and fish And never affected it. I drag it and wade fish with it and have for several years and it still like new. I put a Styrofoam noodle in the top to make it float in deeper water.

What Is The Fabric Made Of?

Answer: Poly/nylon? Mines been awesome and I drag using as wading fish basket.

Answer: I’ve been a commercial scuba diver for 20 years and this type of bag Is sturdy, well made, and should hold scallops. I converted this net and used it as a honeybee swarm collection net.

Answer: It is a good size, I use mine to pick grabar when I go kayaking ????

Answer: Depends how many you are getting...it is arelatively large net. I use mine for fish and I can fit a good 10 - 15 4lb black sea bass in the net.

Answer: I can tell you it holds 22 in rainbow and German brown trout. Haven't used it for crab.

Answer: The purpose of it is to place your prey, you could fit mask and snorkel and very short fins, but that's not what its made for

Sorry but, how do you open the bag?

Answer: There’s a little metal clamp that you flip back to open or forward that locks the two handles together to keep the bag closed

Answer: The retainer rolls off with your thumb. I did take a flat blade screwdriver to open the clasp as it’s pretty tight when new

Does this work better than using a stringer to keep fish?

Answer: A stringer is always going to be better then a bag, I have been spearfishing for 30 years and have lost many fish trying to put them into a bag. I dive the Pacific ocean from San Simeon to Malibu and every channel island except San Miguel.

Answer: Yes, depends how you prefer you keep the fish.

Answer: I actually only use this bag when I dive in fossilized coral reefs in Lake Michigan to pick up the fossils I find. The one thing I can say it it carries A LOT of rocks and seems really durable.

Answer: Hi, this is a mesh bag with small netting holes. Sorry for the misreading picture.

Love this bag. Big enough for multiple large saltwater fish and a buckle to connect it to my weight belt. Love the easy open and close, and especially the ability to hold open to get the fish in. I've used a drawstring for 35 years and I wish I had gone this route way earlier.

This bag is kinda difficult to open when it’s locked under water. I wish I bought the spring loaded door for lobsters. It was not listed to have a spring door so I didn’t subtract points, it was exactly as stated from the seller. Works well for collecting things that are not moving. I fit lots of lobsters in it anyway.

These bag is decent for beginners. It easily contains lobster, crab, and octoi without any of them able to escape. The little device that keeps the bag closed can be slightly challenging to open and close within the water. If it wasn’t for one of my buddies diving with me to hold whatever that catch is, it would be more complicated to open and close with one to three lobsters in hand.

i love this bag! i use it for kayak fishing and it holds up to 30 lbs of fish easily. i do recommend checking the metal clip on a regular basis to make sure that it stays tight. i have lost a few fish due to the clip coming undone.
