How many to a pack?

Is it just 1 single tube or a pack?

I bought berkley powerbait pre-rigged atomic tubes and am wondering if you need to cut the tentacles apart? all of them have some stuck together.

Answer: This is one jar of "fake worms" in a smelly liquid that is supposed to make fish bite it. It's very soft. You use it on a hook with a weight to get it down to the fishes. Or not, I suppose if you are really patient I guess? :)

I need 30 packs by the end of the week for a fishing trip. Is this possible?

Answer: About an inch and a half long. 1/4 inch in diameter. Trout and bass love them.

Why did the price of these more than doubled since last week very shady?

Answer: Most powerboats sell from 3.5-4.5 dollars. I just did a quick search and found it to still be true. Some seller may list for more in hopes someone will not research the costs. If you bought some for 4 bucks and went to your orders and chose repurchase, and in fact same seller was doubled. I’d look elsewhere. It could be a tactic for repurchases to take a hit. If you happen to search for it and got that price, one of the high price sellers may have snuck into the top of the search category. Always shop with time to look around Amazon for the best prices.

Answer: It's a pack of 4 or 5, this things catch fish like crazy! Trout really nail em in streams if you slightly trim it to look like a baby craw. Not a requirement but I did notice the difference.

LitFan : These things work consistently well for stocked trout!

The 1/32 oz Green/Brown Grasshopper Atomic Tubes work awesomely well on stocked rainbows. They are one of my go-to lures, and though I haven't been fishing for very long, these things seem to work consistently well for me. You can't cast them far at all (maybe 10 yards) but don't need to; the trout gobble them up before your eyes. Definitely a must try.

As for rigging setup, I suggest tying the lure directly using a 12" fluorocarbon leader, then a barrel swivel, then your main line (or your main line directly if you're using fluorocarbon). The one time I didn't catch any fish with these was when I tied a snap to my braided main line, then connected the lure; I think the fish got spooked by the extra rigging and avoided this bait. So definitely tie direct, and use fluorocarbon if your trout are line shy.

I use these on the grand kid's poles at the local river spot that is easily accessed and overly fished but they always get some kind of action.

These are exceptional fish getters. However Amazon has set the price way more then double the price from the Mfg or sporting goods outlets. $3.96 at Wal-Mart when they have them. Won't be getting them at Amazon unless the price comes way down.

doesn't work as good as their legendary grasshopper but i like the tail. Only thing the body of grub should be thinner. It's too big for most trout unless you're going after 4lb and above

I could have bought these lures anywhere cheaper than this ! In the lower description its reads that the packet contains 10 lures which would have been about right for the price .

If I had to pick one lure to survive with, this is it. I have caught everything from calico bass to large mouth bass and trout. Ice fishing action is great subtle pop with the rod induces a wide circular swim. I catch more trout swimming this back with short pops of the rod than guys using bait or spinners.

These things flatout attract fish. In my area there is a ton of fishing pressure anywhere you go, but these little things will catch bass when nothing else works. Caught a 3lb largemouth on my third outing with this thing, but most catches are below 10 inches in length. Haven't had the same level of success in lakes, however, possibly because there the pressure is just too high. It also rips fairly easily, got it lightly snagged and it tore at the jighead, and after a couple catches it was useless.
