Answer: easy - it's a hex shaft handle. Remove the handle nut from the opposite, slide the handle out, put it into the other side, and tighten the handle nut into the new side.

This reel is Chinese cheat. No 8 bearings only 6 bearings. The seller is cheating on us.
The wasted money for the deception.

Juergen Kibler : Good Value for a well made reel

I was afraid to move away from the proven trio of Shimano/Daiwa/Penn, but I decided to give Tica a try so I bought a Libra SX 3500. When it finally arrived, at first II was a little disappointed since it was more "plasticky" than I expected. However, on closer inspection it seems the guys at Tica have created a good compromise, by using high quality materials on the parts that matter such as bail wire, handle and main body frame, but also sparing on other areas such as the side and rear covers. The reel feels exceptionally smooth. I really like the EVA handle as well, however, One minor issue I had at the beginning was that the handle screwcap (the piece that holds the handle in place when you mount it on either left or right side) rotates together with the handle, so I had to be constantly retightening it after a few casts. I solved it by tightening the screwcap very well.
I took it inshore fishing paired with an 8 ' MH rod and it performed flawlessly.
