Answer: Very Lightly....I take The Flukes place them in a heavy duty plastic zip lock back--I take my different scents and soak the plastic baits and let them sit in the bag for a good week. I love BANG GARKIC-- My Fav the is past 3 years is I buy a bottle of Anice (anisette) from my local ITALIAN STORE-- That LICORICE FLAVOUR is GOLD !- The fish suck that bait and don't let go ! GOOD LUCK !!!!! MY FAV BAIT---FLUKES and Jackall Cover Craw-- wet lines---

Can you use these in saltwater

Answer: i never have....the lure is designed to catch bass & other fresh water fish, i have no experience in salt water....the lure is a rubber swim bait that acts suspends a hair below the surface & with a twitch or two slightly breaks water & attracts a reaction bite from bass....

Answer: I've only used these baits in fresh water, however, I believe they should work in salt water as well. I would probably opt for a different color to simpulate a shrimp.

I'm debating on buying either the silver rainbow or the Albino colors.. so my question is, what do y'all recommend for fall/winter fluke/speck fishin?

Answer: Other stores can charge whatever they desire. This company delivers to your door. I don't know if the other companies do that without charging you. The network owner and shareholders have to make money and so do any independent company selling on Amazon. The last time i checked, it's a free country and people can charge what people like us pay. There are other locations and ways to get baits. I suggest if anyone's not happy here supply and demand can be taken anywhere one chooses.

What’s a good color for saltwater

Answer: White, or clear color, mimics shrimp

Answer: Clear is OK- but Clear with pearl glitter is even better. If the water is clear, then you want just a little color and flash. If the Water is dirty, or you are just scouting and covering a lot of water fairly quickly, then you can't go wrong with one of the more flashier colors- look for ones that have a different colored top and bottom. I would also recommend doing yourself a favor and picking up some DOA shrimp.

Do Trout Bite Theses?

Answer: I’m sorry I’ve never trout fished. I use them for large mouth bass and they work great. I don’t see why it wouldn’t work for any fish that feeds on small fish. I’m located in south Mississippi.

Answer: I have caught trout on rubber worms and rubber crawdads fishing the bottom but not on flukes —but I fish flukes in the summer and usually on top and the trout are much deeper in our lake during warmer seasons. Long answer, I don’t really know but I do think I could catch trout now on a fluke as they are hitting spoons fished fairly near the top and in shallower water.

Flukes in my experience are bass candy when rigged on 8 to 12 lb line weightless on a 3/0-4/0 hook.

Absolutely fabulous, classic baits. I recommend Watermelon Red in general, but this Black color is best for low light conditions and darker waters such as overcast days or nights and tannic water.

Let the fluke do the darting from minimal rod tip movements after a pause.

PCruz : One of my favorite baits!

Love this bait. I set this up on a drop-shot rig for various sea bass, halibut and rock fish. The Zoom is easy to attach to the hook and durable enough for a few rounds with fish. My go-to color is the white ice or white pearl. Price wise, I've seen it cheaper in local store locations other than Amazon, but it's just convenient to shop in your PJs and wait for it to arrive.

Rock Lobster : First fake bait that's ever worked for me

I always stick to live bait because I've never had any success with lures of any kind. I keep trying them though. Finally! These are the first fake baits that have ever worked for me. The day started slow, but as soon as the sun started to lower in the sky, we were snagging one bass after another. They have a funny plastic smell right out of the bag, so I soaked mine in fish oil for a couple days before using them. I feel like that maybe helped make the fish hold them for longer than they might have. I got the pearl colored ones.

I throw flukes as much or more than anything I own. Texas rig, bladed jig head, doesn’t matter love them. Ordered Albino expecting them to be white as the picture shoes but they are not, they are blue. I fish primarily in very clear water, therefore you can imagine my disappointment.
