Questions about Rapala Countdown 7/16 Oz Fishing Lures

In the color chart, you list a silver mackerel but the picture is for the rainbow trout color pattern. i need the rainbow. which is it?

Answer: Looks like a rainbow trout in person. I must say that these are not as 'tough' as they used to be, I broke two bills last year on steelhead.

Answer: That color is Rainbow and my favorite one for largemouth bass

Are these the cd-11 models ?

Is this a sinking lure? How long is it?

Answer: Yes, this is a sinking lure and is designed to run 7-10 feet deep. You cast and let sink as you count. Supposedly a foot a second but I think it falls a bit slower than that. Answer: Definitely it's a sinking lure. I'd say it would run about five (5) feet under water without a sinker.It is 31/2 inches long, very good for pickerel and bass.

I'm wanting to buy the rainbow trout color in the 7/16 cd, but the color description says silver mackerel? is the picture or description incorrect?

You can run this bait from top to bottom, fast or slow, and stop and go. It just flat out catches fish when they are primarily eating baitfish.
