Must have companion piece that goes with the metal skull mount. This makes it much easier to position the antlers before tightening the friction screw on the mount.

Jack Oliver : TERRIBLE!!!

First off, they were selling an item that they didn't even have in stock. When I made the purchase I was told it would ship in 48 hours. Then I was told afterward that it was out of stock and would ship in 21-30 days. I talked to the manuf. DO-ALL OUTDOORS. They are even worse to deal with. Took 3 days to get through to them and they NEVER returned my phone calls. Persistent colling, finally produced some answers. I inquired about the shipping date and was assured that I would be notified before shipping. The items show up yesterday with no notification prior. As far as the item itself, it is OK, I like the style and look, but the antlers are far more secure on the Mountain Mikes, than on these. I rate these below par and definitely NOT worth the wait.

I was lucky enough to find a big pair of wide 8 point shed antlers. They were too big to carry for rattlers and too nice to sell for knife handles. The Iron Buck antler mount kit makes a nice, cost friendly, do-it-yourself method of mounting your trophy or shed antlers for multiple species.

Would work fine except for moose antlers are way to large. The lag bolts should be hex head not philips bone is way to hard. But my moose antlers look sweet on the wall
