Answer: If by "third number" you are referring to three digits after the decimal in the longitudinal and latitudinal coordinates, then yes it does. If you meant something else, please rephrase question.

Does it include channel markers and depths throughout the area covered.

Answer: Yes, the Top Spot maps give the channel markers in color (green, red) with depths. You sometimes have to read the map legend to be clear on depth in feet vs fathoms (6 feet increments). Before I got my Loran chip with all the Florida inshore and offshore markings, I used the Top Spot maps. I still have them on my boat for back up. Also, the Top Spot maps give good suggestions on where to fish if you're just starting out. The Top Spot maps are also waterproof - nice. If wet, simply air dry and care for them. Hope this helps.

There was something wrong with the shipping part of the order so I initially gave it a poor rating. Now I want to set the record straight. The company called me directly and sent out new maps via priority mail. I looked them over for hours last night and really like the accuracy. I'm glad I ordered them prior to going out in my boat.
