What kind of hooks are used for these jigheads? Are they strong hooks or flimsy?

the package had been clearly opened before, half of the jigheads were in the plastic box, the other half of them were loose in the package I found this out the bad way...when I picked up the package off my front porch I got a hook in my finger.
