Questions about VMC Carolina Rig Kit (Assorted)

I'm new to fishing so please bear with me. What is the difference between this and the Texas rig kit? The weights?

Answer: Main difference between the 2 rig styles is the use of a swivel (Carolina) and location of the weight. On a Texas rig, a bullet weight sits on the line in front of the hook. On a Carolina rig, the weight sits ABOVE the hook and allows the lure to fall at a slower rate than that of a Carolina rig. Each has it's advantages. Texas rig works for me due to the types of fisheries near me. Tight lines!
