OMG once you get the hang of it you won't want to stop. As most of us are trying to stock up for the winter and waste less the BeKind Food Vacuum is perfect.

I tried it with different size bags and different types of foods and had no issues.

You do want to make sure you hear the machine snap closed on both sides. There are release buttons along the left and right side.

Very lightweight, Very compact, sensible design connects the bag cutter to the back of the machine with magnets for easy storage.

THis vacuum sealer works really well; I'm really pleased with it. Initially I thought I'd use it just to vacuum seal food whenever, but I'm really only using it for the sous vide. However, having the sealer is great because we can sous vide the meats and store them in the freezer to take out, defrost, and do the final sear.

This vacuum sealer is very easy to use. If you're new at this, a lot of people recommend sealing the bag twice, just in case. I haven't had any problems with the sealing, but do this as a "just in case.'

Comes with 10 bags so make sure to order a pack at the same time you order the machine. For the price, this is a great machine. This isn't my first one, they don't last forever, but it works effectively and I'm very happy with it. If it lasts six months, I'll still be pleased.

OnAmazon : low suction power

I got this when my old one stopped working. This machine had a lower suction power and it generally took longer to vacuum up a bag. It was tricky to get the plastic bag's opening lined up just right to get the vacuum suction to work. The trick is to not overfill the bags. Once sealed, the bags do seem to hold the seal well. The 'cutter' that's included is difficult to use, though it did cut. It attaches magnetically to the main unit. It was difficult to maneuver the plastic to cut, so I just took it off and just do it on the table top. The 4 buttons options are easy to use and straight forward. I'm hoping this unit will last longer than my old unit which only last 4 months.

Today, I got food vacuum sealer machine (Bekind Swift). It is very good one. It has multifunctional like vacuum and seal, vacuum for bags or containers. In addtion it can use for dry and and miost food.
