D Velasquez : Versatile soft lures with weedless design

The GLL soft fishing lures are flexible swimbait style lures with a weedless design. Due to the weedless design, I am worried about not hooking the fish because the hook is so embedded in the soft plastic. In order to deal with this, I will cut a small slit to maintain a good hookup ration while keeping the lures mostly weedless.

Pros: Sharp and strong hooks, weedless, colorful attractive designs.

Cons: Embedded hook may reduce hook-ups.

Overall, these are nice lures to keep in the tackle box. I will use these often when fishing for bass this spring. They have great colors and plenty of tail action.
